Mary is a very friendly and helpful host. We felt welcomed and kind of home. The room was tidy, clean, spacey and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and extensive. The b+b is about 10 minutes walk away from the town center. Best choice for Mullingar.

We have just returned from our weekend stay with Mary and Tony, it really was 4 star standards. The food was top class, bedrooms and furnishings beautiful, and their hospitality second to none . We will be returning to stay at Woodside ,when we return to Mullingar.

Mary, the owner, is a delight. She will make your stay comfortable and a unique Irish experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit there, and all the help she gave us. The beds were comfy, and the breakfast excellent.

This was the first B&B in our trip to Ireland. We came here after a terrible experience with Hertz car rental, which took us most of the day. At approximately 21:30 we reached Woodside. They helped us to get a quick taxi and last minute reservation at a nice restaurant in town. Elvis happened to be playing in the pub... More

My friend and I stayed at woodside this summer at the recommendation of another B&B and couldn't have been more pleased. Knowing that Mary also had daughters, we instantly felt welcomed and she kind of felt like a second mom! She stayed up late to talk with us and give us recommendations based on her own family's past experiences. The... More

Mary and her husband are a lovely couple, had nowhere booked but Mary was recommended, A spotless room so comfy and breakfast was great. Nothing is a problem to Mary, she made us feel at home straight away. If ever that way again would love to stay at 'Woodside'.
