The Quality Inn on Shiloh Dr. in Fayetteville Arkansas is such a great place to stay! They are so accommodating and friendly! I would recommend anyone stay there! Typical mediocre hotel. Our room's primary double pane window had a broken seal, resulting in a window that was completely foggy with mineral deposits and no way to see out of it. What would it take to shame management to fix a window? (And it takes months or longer for a window to look like that.) In addition, we left... More

Stayed here for one night to visit UA the next morning. Staff was very friendly, we arrived late at night and the night auditor was friendly and efficient. We slept through breakfast, which only goes to 9am. Rooms were clean and I had no issues. The only thing I would recommend is an upgrade to the TV's (ours looked very... More

Great hotel - clean, nice, comfortalbe and conveniently located. Very friendly, helpful staff. They helped me upload and print tickets for basketball game - I would definitely return in the future! The price was good for what we got - breakfast was very nice - coffee in room as well as microwave, fridge, etc. Thanks!

Stayed here for 2 weeks in August '14. The room was always spotless, the location was close enough to everywhere I had to go but the highlight of my stay was the fantastic customer service from all the staff. They helped make my stay enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

It's funny, I was going through some of these reviews, I had the opposite experience with Jessica at the front desk. She was very pleasant and bubbly with me despite a very busy time that included a bumrush of three families and a ton of soccer kids that evening. Hotel is okay, a bit difficult to get to even with... More

I have never in all my life stayed somewhere as terrible as this place. And i have stayed in some fairly dismal spots in my life. I literally couldnt sleep because spiders were crawling all over me in the bed. They were the tiny spiders but they must have nested either under the bed or in the mattress. I have... More

Reasonable stay. Rooms have refrigerators and microwaves. Breakfast was complimentary and ok. Would stay there again. Nice hotel for University of Arkansas visit. Only 30 minutes from airport. Great cookies!

I stayed for one night and its wasn't bad. It was quiet and clean. Nothing super fancy. Pool was closed. The front desk person was super friendly. I would stay here again if I am ever in the area. You get what you pay for.

We always visit Fayetteville during the summer and usually stay at the Quality Inn. However, this was our last time to stay there. Jessica, who worked the front desk, was extremely rude throughout our 3 day visit. My family of 4 was staying in one room but we only had two sets of towels and washcloths. When I asked for... More
