I heard my neighbors having sex off & on all night long. Notice different people in & out of the room during the night. Females wearing high heels, short skirts/dresses etc. Complained to the front desk. Nothing was done. I'm positive these were prostitues. Horrible experience. I would never stay here again or even think of bringing my family here. more

The air conditioning in our room did not work. Was told by the staff that there was nothing that could be done and that they were not service technicians. Treated very poorly by staff. more

I stayed at the hotel while I was on a business trip. The location was great and the rooms were even better. ( seems like brand new beds ). Very clean and cheap compared to other high $$ franchises. No complaints about the Regency 7. Good sized, clean rooms in a good location with lots of restaurant choices. Very near U of Arkansas. Priced right. The motel offers a pretty basic breakfast (muffins, coffee, juice), free wifi, lots of cable channels and friendly management. more

I decided to stay at this hotel after reading good reviews from other travelers. I was pleased with the room and the price. For what you pay, it's a nice, reasonably new placed to stay. Not much in the way of amenities, but if you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep and shower, this will work.... more

This motel was conveniently located on Interstate 540, off exit 62 in Fayetteville. We have booked through Travelocity for $49 with taxes & fees included. We were a little apprehensive at first, as they are not one of the chains that we were familiar with like Holiday Inn or Comfort Inn, and being that we only needed a clean bed... more
