This is an aging 'motel' in the truest sense of the word. You drive your car to your room and park in front of your door. The front desk man greeting me by name when I walked in the front door. He was very friendly, and the price was as advertised. I booked through booking.com. The first thing I noticed... More

I found this hotel online with only 2 rooms available. (1 king size NON SMOKING and 1 with two queens SMOKING) I reserved them. Manager was very friendly on the phone. He even called the day before we were to arrive to confirm and then again the day of arrival to confirm. After checking in, we were told that both... More

Was unsure about staying here until we checked in, it turned out being one of the best rooms i have ever stayed in, the staff was very friendly and we were able to check in early. I would stay here again in a minute.

This little motel is very charming with a charming price too! Everything was neat, clean and comfortable and the rooms were good sized with fridge and microwave. The price was the lowest around and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There's not much near in the way of food or stores and that would be my only complaint. We... More

I stayed here for five nights for an insanely cheap price of about $280 (roughly $55) a night. Initial walk-in I was stunned (in a good way). The room was super clean including the bathroom with complimentary soap and everything. Room came with a nice big flat screen, microwave, and mini fridge (essential for a multiple night stay). If I... More

It totally depends on what you're looking for. This motel is next to the highway so of course you are going to hear the highway noise but with our air conditioner running we heard very little to no noise. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable, yes the furniture was a bit scuffed up & not too fancy... More

It looks sketch on the outside, however, the rooms were not that bad. The rooms had been updated and remodeled and the beds were comfortable. I will most likely never stay there again, I will opt for a hotel that is a little more expensive with a pool and not right next to the noisy highway.

I have stayed in many chain hotels in Northwest Arkansas over the years. I needed to take my son to Fayetteville for University of Arkansas Orientation and my sister's house wasn't available and all of the major chain hotels were full for an NCAA track meet. I studied the Trip Advisor reports about the dozen or so economy type hotels... More

I found the Regency 7 on TripAdvisor and saw it was a budget hotel with good reviews. This is a nice place: it's a new complex, sturdy brick construction, rooms are ample in size, and all the furnishing and fixtures are brand new. All this for a reasonable price in an expensive college town. The trouble is I was awoken... More

We were in Fayetteville for one night visiting our college daughter and stayed at The Regency 7. Don't let the exterior fool you. This is a great little motel. Easy access to freeway, clean, very comfortable beds, large flat screen TV, iron with ironing board, and friendly staff all at a reasonable price. Much nicer than Motel 6 at a comparable... More
