I never think to stay locally but saw the deal on Living Social and thought I should surprise my husband for his birthday. Wow, am I glad we did! I'd been before for a wedding but hadn't entered the inn. The room was huge, and we stayed in the smallest one! We've had horrible luck with hotels lately, but this... More

Fifty plus busy years ago, we were college students at the University of Arkansas. Our recent trips to our alma mater have included overnight stays at Pratt Place Inn. What a grand place! The Inn and surrounding property are Arkansas treasures. NW Arkansas is one of the most unique parts of our state and by staying at the inn, travelers... More

My husband & I don't normally stay at such nice places. We purchased a deal on Living Social and made our way to Pratt Place Inn & Barn for our 12th anniversary. I have to say, we have never stayed at a more beautiful location and received such superb service. I truly would have liked to stay another day. Service... More

My daughter's wedding was 12/31/2014 and we reserved a room for the day/night of her wedding. The Inn is beautiful and the room was great to use for the bridal party the day of the wedding! However, we will NEVER recommend the Barn to anyone for a wedding or other event at Pratt Place! We had much anguish and disappointment... More

We would like to personally thank you for the wonderful time and outstanding service we received during our stay. We travel frequently and try to stay at upscale historic places when possible. The Pratt Place Inn is definitely at the top! The friendly staff was extremely accommodating and responded promptly to our requests. The suite, bathroom and veranda were gorgeously... More

The room was awesome, views refreshing, and the staff was just the right balance of pampering and accommodating. This gem is like an oasis in the heart of Fayetteville, Arkansas. 160 acres a half mile from the university makes it secluded yet close to everything. If you just need a couple days to get away and defrag this is the... More

Pratt Place Inn and Barn is amazing. From the moment we got there we were spoiled. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the room was terrific. We stayed in Chinquapin on the top floor, and it had its own private balcony. Very clean, fine furniture, Persian rugs.. just great. It is a little pricey, but so worth it... More

I discovered Pratt Place Inn on a recent business trip to Fayetteville. The local chain hotels were full and Pratt Place Inn showed up on my GPS, so I drove up the hill to investigate. It is a grand old home in beautiful condition. Everywhere you look, from the floors to the crown mouldings, from the bath fixtures to the... More

When my daughter graduated from the U of A, I was looking for "grandparent friendly" accommodations, mainly not too much walking to get in and out. I also wanted to avoid the restaurant traffic, so wanted a place that would accommodate that too. We found the perfect place at the Pratt Place Inn Cottage. Beautiful home in a private wooded... We had our wedding reception in the Magnolia Dining Room in early September 2014. And it was a great night. The Inn itself is beautiful, which meant we didn't have to decorate much at all. The weather was glorious and allowed us to use the gardens and patio next to the dining room. All our guests commented on how lovely... More
