I have to be fair and say that when we stayed here it was for my brothers wedding and at our request we were booked in to the cheapest room that they had available, this meant the use of a shared bathroom. The location was simply amazing, the setting you just couldn't ask for better. The staff were helpful and... More

The Millhouse is an absolutely beautiful 18th century stone house that is charmingly compact and friendly. The food and service are really special, heartwarming and memorable. The setting beside the river is very special and the lovely stone village is very close. The decor is really personal and tasteful, every room is different but all are cosy, comfortable and romantic.... More

Attended a wedding here and stayed overnight. Arrived early as did many other guests but no staff available to provide a drink. As a wedding location the old mill was lovely and the setting great. Food good but not exceptional and staff very friendly. The room we stayed in overnight was 3 star at best - in bad need of... More

This hotel offers a unique, peaceful experience. I was attending a wedding and did not expect to enjoy my stay as much as I did. Every detail was well thought out, from the comfy sheets, to the quality bathroom products. I felt like I was visiting a friend's house in the country.

Attended a wedding here on the August Bank Holiday weekend and it was absolutely fabulous. The staff were attentive and accommodating by all accounts but most notable was the venue itself. Was really something different and memorable. One thing I had trouble finding was accommodation near by, we stayed in the Castleview B&B up the road. The hosts were lovely... More

Excellent spot for a different kind of wedding. Great bar staff expertly handled a large crowd of revellers. Would recommend this venue for anyones wedding. Food was gorgeous. A great time was had by all.
