We were a little disappointed with Ma Dwyer's Guesthouse in the sense that the owner's don't appear to be on-site, but rather, the guest house is staffed with one employee who makes up the rooms and prepares breakfast. Stayed here with my husband on 28/04/2009 for one night, rooms and service were excellent, location is great on the Dublin road but with minimal traffic noise and within easy walking distance to Navan town. more

I stayed in this B&B as myself and my boyfriend were attending a wedding in Navan. When we arrived we realised another couple of friends were staying there also. This clean little guesthouse is a good deal for travelers visiting Newgrange, which is only about 30 minutes away. The rooms look to be freshly redone, and they are very attractive and fairly roomy. The beds are very comfortable, and baths are large and well-appointed. There are several double-plus-twin rooms available, which made it nice for our family of three.... more
