Me and my boyfriend stayed for the night. Room was nice however the shared toilet was a little awkward and the walls are like paper. But with free breakfast and a minutes walk from the bars you can go wrong

We all enjoyed our stay at Murphy's B&B. The rooms were spotless as were the bathrooms. Only 2 mins walk from the centre of the village. The parking on site was a big bonus as Carlingford has a busy centre with no parking.

Having stayed here in December I decided to return for a weekend in January for a family members birthday. 12 of us stayed in Murphy's cottage and as was my previous experience I really can't fault it. It really is a home away from home, the cottage is lovely and it had everything we needed. Sharon and Mick and all... More

We had our Christmas Party here on 13th December. The B and B is gorgeus so cosy and central. Bottles of water on the lockers and chocolates on the beds. Beds were so comfy and the place was spotless. We booked the complete B and B which I would recommend as we had the whole cottage to ourselves. The Carlingford... More

what a cozy B&B. Nothing like staying in a place that makes you feel nice and warm. Close to shops, dining and pubs but it is also quiet. Very clean place. All you need is this B&B. Would definately stay in the future.

Stayed here in July in the cottage. Sharon the hostess was so friendly and accommodating. The food in the pub was so delicious and the staff overall made us feel so welcome. Top place to stay!! Would definitely recommend to anyone having an activities weekend- very friendly, accommodating people!

We had the misfortune of staying in this B&B our room was not en suite and the toilet for the whole floor was right outside our bedroom door. For the whole night we had to listen to people using the toilet. It was as if they were in our room. Worst nights sleep ever. When i complained the following morning... More

Just back from three nights staying in this lovely b and b. Sharon, Mike and their staff are so welcoming nothing is too much trouble for them. Very reasonable. Rooms are lovely and you get a great breakfast. Nice Kitchen with everything you might need. We stayed in Room 6 which was beautiful. The only little problem we had was... More

We stayed in Murphys Bed and Breakfast, it was extremely reasonable for 2nights bed and breakfast, a meal on arrival and four course meal. The service was second to none and both Sharon and Mick were very helpful and I cannot wait to go back!i would highly recommend this B&B. Fridge was stocked with bottled water, rooms had bottled water... More

Found this B&B after a stressful drive in pouring rain. The new owners, Sharon and Mick, were extremely accommodating and even sorted out car repairs for us. Clean and attractive rooms with delicious Irish breakfasts.
