I was the organisor of a group of hill-walkers from Dublin. We spent 2 nights in this hotel on a mid week break. We found the staff very helful, courteous and nothing was a bother to them. The food at dinner was excellent, while the breakfasts were very good. We got a very good price for all room types. All the... More

So disappointing!! Took over 2&1/2 hours to check in as we had to keep coming back!! Room lights flickered, no bath, very few channels on tv... after a room change, a lovely bleach stain greeted our arrival in new room, still no bath or channels and let's not forget the dated decor! Grubby changing facilities in leisure facilities! Rusty, grubby... More

We took up an offer for a golden oldie break at this hotel, at a very good rate, although it meant travelling more than we would have wished for trips to the Titanic exhibition in Belfast and for Christmas shopping at Sprucefield, Lisburn. However, we were so well looked after at Four Seasons that we would consider travelling the extra... More

This was our second stay in this hotel, our first was a disaster but that was a couple of years ago and a family wedding offered us the opportunity to see if there had been any improvements. I am pleased to say there were. Check in was quick and efficient, completed by a friendly and helpful staff member. Our room... More

We stayed at this hotel for a rare treat. Whilst the location is great and the staff nice, this hotel needs an overhaul. Our room, which cost 140 euros, was terrible. Shabby, bare, and uninviting. We had no toiletries bar one, yes one, showercap. The soap dispenser didn't work and there was mildew around the shower tray and cracked tiles.... More

From we came down to meet you until we left after the wedding you could be have done anymore. All of our guests commented on... More

We arrived this town at night so we could not see much. But its location is perfect on the seaside. However, the hotel staff was helpful to direct us to the nice restaurant that was still open, The Magees Bistro. The hotel room was nice and clean and it's worth 63 Euros we paid. Breakfast was good. Somehow we couldn't... More
