Stayed before 4 years ago and again this past weekend. We wouldn't have returned if we didn't know the deal. It isn't 5 star so people with those expectations will be disappointed. However, it is very reasonably priced and convenient to the town of Newbridge. Rooms are a good size and are reasonably clean. It does show some signs of... More

it had been a while since i stayed here until recently but in my opinion it has gone downhill a bit. the rooms are very dated and are in need of a coat of paint. The room just looked very tired and uninviting. The breakfast was well done to say the least. A little updating would do wonders for the... More

I had a gym membership here but I eventually left as the whole place just grossed me out, staff narky especially the owner, shower and changing areas dirty, no working locks on bathroom doors, smell in showers, one day a mouse ran out at me. I would love to get my hands on this place and do it up, it... More

We stay here as it is close to family but gives us our own space. As mentioned in other reviews the rooms are quite dated and there are a few imperfections. But they are clean and rooms are spacious. Pool area and gym are a plus. Breakfast is always really good and definitely the best bit. Would stay again but... More

Just used swimming pool today for first time. I was with my 21 month old son. Woman on reception wasn't a bit nice. Very curt. Had to ask where to go to find changing rooms. Was told where to find the family room. Found the family closet! Ridiculous little room with an old weight lifters bench thrown in and expected... More

The Rooms are Very Dated. Its like a time has stopped around 20 years ago in terms of decor, but other than this the rooms were clean, comfortable. Tea / Coffey facilities in rooms, Swimming Pool area excellent, Small enough pool, 2x Jacuzzi, Steam Room, Sauna. Hotel main doors closes at 8 PM but you have keys to get back... More

We stayed for 1 night at beginning of February. We chose it because it was very close to the venue of the party we were attending. To that end it is within 5-10 minutes of the main High Street in Newbridge which is very handy. The place looks a bit tired and in need of decorating/updating and there was a... More

The room (12) had cobwebs where you shouldn't have them the single bed was hard & past it's sell by date the plugs behind the beds were hanging out the plaster & were dangerous. The bathroom was large but dated but everything apart from the phone was working. I enjoyed the good sized 20 metre swimming pool & the sauna... More
