Definitely not a four star hotel. Just home from 3 night stay in suites at shannon oaks. I was extremly disappointed. Staff very rude food horrible and didnt see a cleaner for the three days. Had to request fresh towels on the second day. Will definitely not be recommending this place to any of my friends and family. more
