We really enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham. This is definetly a resort for people who want to do things outdoors. We fished, boated, went horseback riding and hiking. i am an owner i go every nov to golf and relax very quiet at that time of year not crowded at all i love that.condo very comfortable and large. Ihcc has nice restaurant and breakfast at mountian ranch was always good. ive been going for six years now to play golf with no complaints cant speak on summer there... more

We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo. The carpet was stained and filthy. Kitchen drawer did not work correctly. Bathroom sink stopper was broken, drawer fronts in bedroom were coming off. Fixtures were 1980s. Pool was dirty. Some kids wrote their names in the scum (like bath tub ring residue) at the water level. Golf course was nice and golf... more

This is probably the poorest experience we have had with our Wyndham points... My wife and I had a few extra days and decided to see what the Fairfield Bay Wyndham was like... we were not prepared for the delapidated state of the developments. If you are not a golfer or a lake person, this is not a typical resort...... more

Wyndham's location in Fairfield Bay makes it ideal for those seeking the beauty of the mountains, access to boating and fishing and sightseeing in nearby Mountain View, Blanchard Caverns or Ozark Folk Center (give yourself plenty of time to experience the folk center and call ahead to Blanchard Caverns for information on tour schedule - both are worth a visit).... more

We spent Thanksgiving week at Fairfield Bay Resort in Arkansas and had a wonderful time. The customer service at this resort is excellent! Any time we called or needed anything, they were too happy to help. The scenery is just gorgeous, and there is a lot to do in the area--in fact we ran out of time to do everything.... more

We enjoyed ourselves, but were shocked by the 7 mile drive to the lake, which we had believed ourselves to be "on".
