Patricia &Gerard Faherty were wonderful hosts. We stayed two nights &had a most wonderful time. Pat even sat out on their deck with us &shared a glass of wine! The breakfast was superb and our hosts were so helpful! She is a wonderful artist & has a son in Chicago so we had an immediate connection!

We had a lovely stay at Seawinds for one night in June. We had a large front room overlooking the harbour, which was lovely. My son was having trouble accessing the wifi and Patricia was very helpful in helping to get online and liked to be sure if he was able to maintain the connection. My husband spent some down... We arrived in Killybegs cold and wet, and were pleasantly surprised that heating was provided in our nice room, even though it was June! This a lovely B&B and our hosts were very welcoming, kind and helpful. The breakfast was good, the room comfortable and well situated near the port and some nice places to eat.

I am very glad after a long search of places to stay as a solo traveler, I chose Seawinds B and B....a very relaxing and amazing experience, the owners, Patricia and Gerry went above and beyond in meeting all my expectations. I will look forward to a return trip next year, 3 days seemed to go by so fast. I... More

During our visit to Inis Mor, our pony trap driver, Thomas, inquired as to where we might be heading after the Aran Islands. When I told him Killybegs, he mentioned that his brother owned the Seawinds B&B in Killybegs. Thomas contacted his brother, Gerard and his wife Patricia, and told him we would be heading that way. When we arrived,... More

Cycled from BallyShannon to this B&B. They seemed very busy and disorganized, on our arrival. Our room was small and a bit tired, it just did not seem clean. They was no soap for a shower, we were told to use the handwash. The owners are very nice, but not into providing a nice overall experience. Breakfast was very sparse,... More

Bicycled from Donegal town after a stop in Fossen and as I entered Killybegs, saw the sign for my B&B. Gerard took me to my room, very spacious and out one window was the harbor and ships as its a busy fishing port and out the other was a view of the Catholic Church, which I visited later. Showered, changed... More

We had decided on a whim to explore the Donegal coast on the Wild Atlantic Way and had half decided to stay the first night in Donegal town. When we arrived there it was quite early in the afternoon so we decided to head further and try Killybegs. We saw the Seaeinds right in the heart of Killybegs and decided... More

We stayed at Seawinds for one night on our drive along the Wild Atlantic Way. We had a front room with a lovely view that was super clean. The owners were lovely and gave us heaps of info including a handy mud map of the area which proved very handy for finding the sites. The breakfast was delicious and very... More

We stayed at Seawinds B&B for one night on our way to Slieve League. The place is really nice, and central, hosts very welcoming and helpful. The great advantage is the harbor view and very good information given about the area (with a map and additional information). However, don't take the continental breakfast hoping for some vegetables, it's just a... More
