We rode down a steep winding road to Killybegs Harbour after a long day cycling along the Donegal coast, and then climbed the hill overlooking the town and harbour to Drumbeagh House, where a we found a kind and generous welcome. We were greeted with smile, tea and fresh home-made cake, and relaxed in the lounge room watching Rugby on... More

Excellent B&B. Comfortable accommodation with large ensuite. Stayed two nights in room overlooking Killybegs Harbour, a major Atlantic fishing base. Family-friendly home where guests are able to enjoy sitting in living room. Tom and Phil, great hosts. Top quality Irish breakfast with a option for locally smoked salmon the next morning. Quick intro to GAA and Hurling provided as our... More

Drumbeagh House was a wonderful experience. Tom and Philomena were so kind and welcoming - we felt at home straight away. The house was spotlessly clean and our room was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was the best we have had during our time in Ireland. The small fishing town of Killibegs was really interesting to walk around during... More

My sister and I made a last minute booking at Drumbeagh House and couldn't have been happier with both the hosts and the accommodation. The house is spotless, comfortable beds, ample parking and within walking distance of the town. Wifi and a beautiful breakfast included, nothing is too much bother for Tom and Philomena, lovely people running a lovely B&B which... More

We were greeted so warmly by Philomena and Tom that we immediately felt at home. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. We had a very good nights sleep. We opted for the eggs and salmon for breakfast and it was delicious, providing us the fuel we needed for our hike up the Slieve League. Dreaming of our return trip... More

As soon as I walked through the door, it felt like home. My wife and I don't often stay at B&Bs but the experience in Ireland and specifically at Drumbeagh House with Tom and Philomena has made us reconsider. The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was outstanding.... if you don't get the salmon with your breakfast you... More

My Husband and I stayed here whilst travelling around Donegal. The rooms are very comfortable with great attention to detail. Everything you need is available. The breakfast was wonderful. Tom and Philomena were great hosts advising us on restaurants and what was happening in the local area. It was a true taste of Irish hospitality!! Mick & Rose North Yorkshire

Phil and Tom are very gracious host and quite knowledgeable about the area. They are more than willing to offer advise on restaurants in the area as well as attractions of interest. The rooms were very well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was more than sufficient with varied offerrings. Killybegs itself is a very interesting port town to visit and simply... More
