Phil and Tom are very gracious host and quite knowledgeable about the area. They are more than willing to offer advise on restaurants in the area as well as attractions of interest. The rooms were very well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was more than sufficient with varied offerrings. Killybegs itself is a very interesting port town to visit and simply... More

We had the pleasure of staying with Tom and Philomena for 1 night on our driving holiday around Ireland. They made us feel so welcome and like we were part of their extended family. The bedrooms were very clean and the beds were the most comfortable we have experienced. The decor was tasteful and elegant with attention to detail. The... More

A little tricksy to get there - go slow through town. Very nice room, very nice breakfast, enjoyed chatting with other guests at breakfast. Excellent fish and chips place just down the hill. Sitting room was also very nice. The area is scenic and Killybegs is conveniently located to Sleive (sp??) League and Glencolumkille (sp??). I hope to go back.

Philomena and Tom are wonderful hosts. Tom generously offered his home computer for our use so we could send an e-mail home, while Philomena brought tea and cookies to fortify us before we went for dinner in Killybegs. Our room was beautifully decorated and spotless, and breakfast the next morning in the lovely breakfast room was delicious. Drumbeagh House is... More

stayed there last summer, super- friendly, super sympathetic hosts, a bit outside of Killybegs, but very quiet, great surroundings, good view onto the meadows with the cows, superb atmosphere, we felt like we wanted to stay longer!

Philomena and Tom run the most welcoming B&B in all of Ireland! The home is very tastefully decorated and spotless. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The hosts are most accommodating and assisted in furthering my efforts to build a family tree. Can't say enough about this B&B except - don't miss it!

Phil & Tom were excellent hosts. The smoked salmon breakfasts were as they say "To die for" They were very helpful to direct us to wonderful dining establishments and to offer help in getting information for us and of general knowledge of the area. Lovely bedroom and ensuite with view overlooking countyside

I don't think you could ask for a nicer place to stay. The hosts, Phil and Tom, were gracious, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast was outstanding - with all the salmon I could eat! The location is very convenient to see the ancient church and burial site of William Butler Yeats.
