Check in very efficient, we went straight to our room, luckily though we hadn't brought bag and baggage just yet as we got the wrong room type - had booked two doubles for us and the... More

Back to the bathroom- the toilet was really gross and the shower got everywhere! No shower curtain and the shower head was broken and leaking. The Powder Keg was comfortable,... More

The room was spacious and I was glad to see that there were amenities that some hotels don't bother with, little things but they make a difference... More

Got a membership here last February, excellent facilities, accommodating, friendly professional staff, that are not over bearing. They provided an exercise schedule that, suited, my age, fitness level and my aspirations. The changing room are always to the highest level of hygiene. I would highly recommend this Leisure Club to anyone on this side of Cork City

Arrived to our room to find that the room was dirty with dust everywhere, a dead bug on the dressing table and something stuck to the carpet, I complained and was moved to another room which was still not clean, reported that there was a dead spider in the bathroom and was told it would be removed but it wasn't.... Having stayed in the Oriel on numerous occassions we were disappointed this visit with the hotel rooms, The air conditioning was broken which made the room way too hot for comfort, having discussed it with reception on the first night I was told to just switch it off which left the room too hot to sleep in. The second day... More
