Stayed at the weekend for a wedding. The food was beautiful. The staff were all very helpful and lovely people. The room was elegant and spacious and spotlessly clean whuch i would be a stickler for. We booked through a third party website as it was a little cheaper than direct. But even still if we had booked direct it... More

Stayed last week at this hotel with family, 2 young kids. Booked through 3rd party site. When we arrived at 4pm only one family room available which reception warned us was in a noisy part and did we want to wait on another. I was a bit miffed after travelling 4 hours but appreciated her honesty and we headed to... More

Different size pools for children. Kiddies club on campus. Young girls running this were very nice and plesant. Great idea and children can mix with other children. Breakfast buffet style. But only supplying cold plates for breakfast, food goes cold very quick. Nice choice on dinner menu in restaurant. Food in bar only average. Near Fota which we visited. Rooms... More

On arrival we were greeted by a lovely young lady at reception. She was so friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to the bridal suite which was a wonderful surprise. The suite was huge! The jacuzzi bath was such a nice way to relax at the end of the day. You could sleep 5 in the bed, it was huge... More

Nice Hotel, very clean rooms, good food and friendly helpful staff. When I contacted hotel they were very helpful and reserved parking as I wasn't arriving until later in evening.Although there was a function there that night it was very well controlled and no noise or disturbance. Good selection for breakfast. had a meal in the bar and it was excellent.

My partner and I stayed here the bank holiday weekend. We arrived earlier than the 4pm check in but our room was ready. Receptionist on arrival and departure wasn't great. We had to ring several times to find out restaurant times and location of dinning rooms. No hotel information have at check in, but the girl was pleasant. The lady there... More
