We came across Whispering Pines when looking for a few nights holiday accommodation whilst touring the Cork area. First impressions were good, pleasant atmosphere with a really genuine friendly Irish welcome and very helpful staff. The rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished. I would not recommend staying here unless you are an angler or have no other options available which we had not.We were in Crosshaven on a business project which had to take place on a particular date and other accommodations were full. This hotel is ideally suited to boat anglers visiting Ireland. Well placed for transfers from Cork airport which the hotel arranges with thier own mini-coach.
