We had a lovely stay here, and the staff are the making of this place- nothing was too much trouble! We found the room rather hot (during great weather), but we were set up with a desk fan quickly, which did help, along with countless buckets of ice! The food was ok- we were on a package, and I did... More

Kate on reception is fantastic, she's so helpful and friendly. They have a fabulous beauty salon, Michelle and her sister have lovely beauty rooms and offer well priced beauty treatments, they are very helpful too. The hotel is great, possibly slightly old fashioned colour scheme, but in great condition and very clean and tidy. The mattresses are great, very comfortable.... More

We stayed at the Court Hotel in Carrigaline in May. It was pleasant friendly and an ideal spot for a weekend break away. When we were shown to our non smoking room, there had obviously been someone smoking in the room. No problem, we were moved to a new room with an apology and minimum of fuss. Friendly staff and... I stayed here last week with my friend and her 2 kids. When we checked in to our room realised there wasn't a cot bed like we have been told, but one quick ring to reception sorted this. the two young male staff that assembled and made the bed could not have been more friendly or engaging with the kids,... From the day we arrive all staff were very friendly and helpful. The most family friendly hotels we have ever stayed in. Food in the bar was great and the room service was good as well. It's so good to stay in a hotel where you feel welcome and not just a paying guest.

There is little if anything that you can criticise this hotel for. In the case of our two day visit my only issues were the lack of air conditioning, and the breakfast buffet on Saturday morning which was missing a lot of the items mentioned on the menu (no cold meats, cheese, smoked salmon or croissants). It does have some... More

This was our first stop of 3 spots in Ireland and I was very happy with our choice. We had two rooms across the hall from each other to accommodate mom and dad in one and 3 kids (7 - 19) in the other. We had day trips to Cobh and Kinsale and visited Blarney on our way out from... More

Here for three nights on business, accompanied by two colleagues from the UK. Spotless, would come back no problem. But two bug bears- first being the shower curtains! To all hoteliers please realise the reason so many leave them drape outside the bath is to avoid them sticking to you as you shower!! Simple solution get a curved rail, problem... More

Just back from a nights stay at this hotel - I was really suprised by the quality and friendliness of the hotel staff. Rooms are lovely, fantastic large bar and breakfast was a treat - buffet style with plenty of everything. Will be back again!
