I stayed here for a night in July. The owners were very helpful from the time we arrived. The rooms were clean and a spacious ensuite. The breakfast we got was nicer than any I have got in most hotels- fresh fruit, cereals, scones and a choice of hot breakfasts. It was a little hard to find but we used... More

We spent the night en route from Cork airport to Kenmare and were met with tea and delicious home-made lemon cake on arrival. Paddy gave us the lowdown on where to eat in the evening and we really appreciated having a comfortable lounge to use while our daughter settled down to sleep in the family-sized bedroom, which was equally homely.... We stayed here on a last minute trip to Ballycotton. The owners couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming. We received a fabulous breakfast (I meant to get the brown bread recipe!) and were dropped into town the following day. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we hope to be back some day!

This was our third visit to Sunville, and we'd been looking forward to it for a while. We got the usual tea and cake on arrival, which was very welcome, and our rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Paddy and Anna were the perfect hosts, looking after us very well. The breakfasts were amazing, and the home made bread and... More

This is a lovely B&B in a quiet but scenic location. Anna and Paddy were very welcoming and gracious hosts. The room was very comfortable. An added attraction is a lovely sun room for guests to enjoy on the first floor. The breakfast was amazing and a real treat. It is a bit off the main road but well worth... More

We booked this B&B as its close to Ballymaloe house, which we were staying the following night. It really is a lovely B&B and the breakfast was so so nice, really good quality food. Can't recommend Sunville highly enough

At first we were a bit concerned because this B&B was off the beaten path. But we were so pleasantly greeted by the host that we were quickly put at ease. It was about 8:00pm when we arrived, dark and cold. He set us up in the den with a burning fireplace and brought hot tea, scones and raspberry jam... More

Lovely couple -Anna and Pat- went out of their way to welcome us even though our booking had been mucked up and they were not expecting us! Afternoon tea on arrival was a fine touch and recommendation for dinner - a restaurant at the Ballycotton harbour- was excellent. Enjoyed a quiet peaceful rest in comfortable room and a real home... Best breakfast imaginable. The bread, scones, granola and even the sausages, bacon are all home made and tastiest ever. Top it of with the best white pudding we ever tasted! Amazing. Beautful location and good beds. Anna and pat make a great team making us feel right at home.
