We were keen to see what the eight and a half hype was all about and on arrival were bowled over by just the entrance to the hotel. We were well ( very well in fact) received by a charming young lady ( later we were told it was the grand daughter. Our rooms were allotted and then we were given... More

When you review this hotel, please make an effort to be a bit discriminating: the outside is nice and well kept. The foyer is also inviting. But the rooms are: ludicrously small, just enough to sleep in. No arm chair. No room to move around. This is the size you expect in a youth hostel. The mattresses are made of... More

It is really amazing hotel in Kastraki. You have to choose it to experience. Very professional staff. I mean, they are very nice and helpful to direct you in Meteora. I lived in this hotel for two days. I didn't worry about the location and food. They gave me all the best advice. 100% satisfactory. If I go to Meteora... More

We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of March. To tell the truth we didn't plan to stay for a night in Kastraki or around. But the cozy hotel, charming in its modest yet so appealing style, caught the eye and we decided to try it. Eventually we stayed there for 3 nights - were so unwilling to leave.... More

We stayed in this hotel for three nights and would certainly recommend it. The location is excellent: in a quiet area, very close to the meteora monasteries and with a beautiful view on the rocks. The staff is willing to please and gave us the necessary advice and help with a car problem we encountered. The rooms are spacious, the... More

This modest looking hotel in the small town of Kastraki/Kalambaka Greece is situated perfectly for your drive up to the spectacular world heritage site of Meteora. The rooms are large and clean; the bathrooms modern and also clean. It is a very quiet hotel with a spacious lobby and the woman at the desk (perhaps the owner?) was warm and... More

Hotel is dark and poor, room was clean but depressing and the bad wasn't so comfortable. It's a nice hotel for a night stop, but not more then that. Staff was very nice but her English wasn't well - we thought that we'll get some information about the (amazing) area but we decided to pass.. We also asked to pay... More

We think of it as our house in Meteora. The most welcoming and friendly family took care of us and made a delicious breakfast (buffet) next morning. The view to Meteora is amazing. Location perfect, there is a parking place in the Hotel. Unfortunately, we had time only for two nights at this great hotel. We'll definitely visit it again!

We visited during August 2013 on a private tour of the Meteora monasteries of which some are visible from the hotel balconies! The rooms were very clean and looked liked they were recently painted so were fresh and comfortable with air conditioning and tv etc The breakfast in the morning was adequate with a mix of cold meats and Greek...
