The hotel is well located and the rooms are excelent. For the overall quality a swiming pool would be a nice adition mostly after a day walking around the convents. Unnecessary was the act around the visa card problem and the suggestion that i would walk 2 kms to the nearest ATM.

This is located higher up and above the town and you have an incredible view of the town below and the mountains all around. Try and get a room with a balcony facing the town. The courtyard is also very nice and you can sit and admire the view. There were kittens playing in the garden beside us. Lovely.

The hotel is really beautiful, interiors are very well kept, elegant furniture, spacious rooms with great views, it has a large garden where you can enjoy the mountains, breakfast very basic can improve, staff nice and helpful. We made a mistake when we reserved the room saying we were 2 instead of 4, but as soon as the receptionist realized... More

Excellent location and view over Meteora with own large garden, free parking and even a mountain with the same name. Beautiful interiors and very smiling staff. Simple breakfast. No juices, only diluted orange drink. No elevators (in case of heavy luggage).

This hotel was so tranquil with sweeping views of the mountains and monasteries. We extended our stay two days, because we loved it here. On our check out day, I was in an accident and they accommodated us an additional night. The service was spectacular. Could not have had a better place to be stuck at. Heavenly! The staff organized... More

This place is a real treat. Very comfortable, quite, close to monasteries. Very nice room, excellent breakfast. Good service, hosts are caring and thoughtful persons. The Holy Monastery of St. Nicholas Anapausas is in a walking distance. If you don't have a car - call taxi and start with Holy Monastery of Great Meteoron (taxi ride is about 10 euros).... More

We stay 2 days in Doupiani House and all was fine. Nice personal that help you in everything you need. Good breakfast in the morning, and yes a wonderful view from the terrace or from the rooms. Near the road from the monasteries and 5 min from a lot of tavernas when you can eat dinner or lunch. Very slow... More

in a month of touring Greece by car this the only place where we have not felt welcome and not enjoyed our stay as such. Meteora itself is amazing to visit and the village of Kastraki is the best choice by far to stay as the other town is very touristy and busy. Certainly the view from our room was... More
