Hotel is situated some 10 minutes drive from actual site of Meteora, which is really good, because of lots and lots of people here in the village. There is a large old garden all around the hotel, which moderates traffic noise, and views from windows are green and nice, which the surroundings outside the hotel area are not. We got... More

One night at this hotel while on a 2-day tour out of Athens. Rooms were spacious and clean, but furnishings and bath fixtures were somewhat dated. It appeared our tour was the only source of guests that night. A buffet dinner and breakfast were included in the dining room on the lower level of the hotel. Food was average at... More

Loved this hotel. Not far from the rocks of Meteora. Meteora means suspended and the monasteries are unbelievable. Liked this hotel with their lovely gardens, wooden details, spacious lobby and fireplace in the bar area. Service was very good. The Greeks like low, hard beds but the rest of the rooms are nice. Nice bathrooms and very clean too. I... More

We love the vastness of this hotel, both inside and outside. The lobby is like walking in a grand ballroom and their grounds are just to vast for a hotel! We had wifi in our room which is good since there is nothing else to do in this hotel, which is far from the centre. What's more, they do not... More

Stayed here last year with another of our groups. So quiet and unique. Design reminds me of a Monastery. Grounds are wonderful. Food and service are good, not top drawer but certainly satisfactory. Wish I was there for more than one night.

I stayed at this Hotel as part of a tour group and felt like it was just one large hotel booked for tours alone. It just didnt have a nice welcoming feel about it. BUT the food served at night was the BEST of my entire tour. It wasnt same old same old like the other hotels. Our waiter was... More

A large and busy hotel catering to tour parties. It was comfortable and the food was OK. It was certainly way ahead of its sister hotel at Delphi. The monasteries in Metoara were well worth coming all this way to see.

This hotel was the best of 3 Amalia hotels that our tour bus company put us in. We visited Meteora next day. Lobby huge, large lounge, nice pool but in great need of a pool boy as water had a lot of dirt floating. Large room was clean. This hotel was filled with other tour buses and dining room was... This hotel must be rated three stars. You have to make a long walk along a corridor to get to the lift leading you to the room. The room was really huge and the bathroom is big. It was cold so we asked them to turn on the warm option of the AC and their answer was sending us two... More

This hotel staff is the best. My husband got injured the day before at Delphi archaeological site and couldn't go down for dinner, they brought dinner to the room. The bar gave me ice bags for his ankle. I also got sick the next day we were suppose to check out and go on a tour. The front desk staff... More
