This hotel was the best of 3 Amalia hotels that our tour bus company put us in. We visited Meteora next day. Lobby huge, large lounge, nice pool but in great need of a pool boy as water had a lot of dirt floating. Large room was clean. This hotel was filled with other tour buses and dining room was... More

This hotel must be rated three stars. You have to make a long walk along a corridor to get to the lift leading you to the room. The room was really huge and the bathroom is big. It was cold so we asked them to turn on the warm option of the AC and their answer was sending us two... More

This hotel staff is the best. My husband got injured the day before at Delphi archaeological site and couldn't go down for dinner, they brought dinner to the room. The bar gave me ice bags for his ankle. I also got sick the next day we were suppose to check out and go on a tour. The front desk staff... More

This hotel felt like a maze to find our room. Our room was down a long stinky corridor on the outside of the building, but closed in by a wall. Room was adequate, but a bit dated. The shower head was on the side of the tub, not at the head where it would normally go. The faucets, also on... More

We stayed at this hotel when we took the Delphi and Meteora 2-day trip from Athens. We stayed overnight in a very spacious but plane room. No decor, nothing that felt welcoming. The bed was good in size. Bathroom was clean but shower was not the best quality. Food was served in the basement dining hall. It was buffet style.... More

This is basically a tour bus stop. I had a superior room. The rooms are noisy, the internet variable, the elec plus dodgy & the TV small. The food was also pretty poor. The hotel is also out of town so it's not easy to wander around. I wouldn't go back.

Very spacious, friendly and clean. Very relaxing by the pool! Yes they have a pool! Reminds me of Mexican or Spainish influence. Out of town but was told this was the best one. Great area to visit with the mountains

We stayed here as a tour group and the hotel met all our needs. It is only a short distance from the town but this was not an issue as we had the coach. There is a lot of walking in Amalia hotels as they have vast public areas but the rooms are clean and comfortable, the prices reasonable, and... More

The cockroach on the wall, which was moving towards us, was a scare for my daughter and I had to finally turn her away to smash it. Dirty rooms that have equipment from the 70s - Kalambaka gets hot in summers and the AC took a long time to bring the temperature down. Not sure if the hard beds are... More

Dear Valued Guest, I would like to thank you for sharing your comments regarding your recent stay in the Amalia Hotel Kalambaka, a 4 star Hotel member of Amalia Group of Hotels. Because our hotel is near the forest and also has a very big garden it’s very easy for an insect to enter the room. We are very strict... More

Nice hotel located on the road to meteora, 15 minutes away. Good breakfast, and big clean rooms. Lots of parking space. Big swimming pool which is bit outdated but clean. Its a 10 monute drive to the centre of kalambaka, but we where happy we stayed here and not in the city, because the centre was not very attractive in... More
