Easy to locate at city border of Kalambaka when driving towards Meteora. Classy decorated, very clean, comfortable rooms/beds. Friendly owner and personnel. Room quite big, with little balcony including Meteora view. Breakfast luxurious with bread, pastries, eggs, marmelade, meat, cheese, juice, tea/coffee. Recommendable! We only missed a pool but one can use another own in Kalambaka for 5€ incl a... More

Nicholas, from Georges Taxi recommended this place as the hotel during our two day visit to Monasteries. We arrived very early morning, and were graciously welcomed in by the owner / host with a cup of greek coffee and some pound cake. Our rooms were already available - and made checking in and "resting up" a breeze. The room itself... More

This small hotel has large comfortable rooms, ours had a balcony and a fireplace. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included. The price per night was reasonable. The owners also have a great restaurant situated in downtown Kalambaka called Taberna Panellinio which had excellent Greek food.

We stayed at Iridanos for 1 night as we were passing by the area. We can say that it is a classy guesthouse, as its decoration, hallways and furniture are very well handpicked and of great quality. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom big with a special wall tile resembling to the surface of a leather couch! The... More

Very well appointed rooms, spacious, clean and comfortable. Parking available on site. We opted for half board. Both breakfast and dinner were sumptuous and tasty. We had one of the best moussaka and lamb chops for dinner. Service was excellent as well. If you have large baggage like us, there is no lift in the guesthouse and there are steps... More

My wife and I spent one night at this guesthouse during a trip to Meteora and were very pleased with our stay there. It is a beautiful house, our room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the... More

Excellent service and extremely clean room and accommodation. Comes with wholesome breakfast. Good location as well as it has the mountain views. The hotel is new and family-run with friendly services. The room is well heated during the winter season as well. Free wifi and kids friendly certainly. Very good value for money!

The house is lovely, with the authentic atmosphere of an old mansion but with contemporary amenities. Our room was exactly as on the photos, attention was paid to every single detail and decoration. It was facing the main road but it wasn't noisy. Polite staff. Breakfast was a bit limited but in the time we were there, there were no... More

As mentioned by everybody the guest house is in a remarkably good condition: new, high quality building materials and furnishing as well as nice bedding; bathrobes and slippers. Very clean. Friendly staff and hostess. However, there were drawbacks we didn't expect, reading exciting reviews of other guests: we received small narrow room for 2, hardly 15 sq m, no sitting... More

We were two couples visiting Greece for the first time, and when we booked a tour to Delphi and Meteora with Hellenic Private Tours, they arranged for us to stay at Guesthouse Iridanos. Boy, were we glad they did. The rooms were gorgeous, with lovely furnishings, spacious bathrooms and balconies overlooking the hills around Kalambaka. We slept so well that... More
