As mentioned by everybody the guest house is in a remarkably good condition: new, high quality building materials and furnishing as well as nice bedding; bathrobes and slippers. Very clean. Friendly staff and hostess. However, there were drawbacks we didn't expect, reading exciting reviews of other guests: we received small narrow room for 2, hardly 15 sq m, no sitting... More

We were two couples visiting Greece for the first time, and when we booked a tour to Delphi and Meteora with Hellenic Private Tours, they arranged for us to stay at Guesthouse Iridanos. Boy, were we glad they did. The rooms were gorgeous, with lovely furnishings, spacious bathrooms and balconies overlooking the hills around Kalambaka. We slept so well that... More

This family-run guesthouse is spotlessly clean and tidy, just on the edge of Kalambaka. Luxurious bedroom, all very tastefully furnished. There is a restaurant right next door, although we never used it as we ate in town in the their family owned restaurant where the food was delicious. The centre of town is a good 30+ minute brisk walk away... More

We were so sad to leave this unique hotel with warm and friendly staff, luxurious bedroom and beautiful decor. A real treat - a wonder nestled among the wonders of nearby Meteora. Thank you Nikki, Stella and Vuka (sp) for making our time with you so enjoyable.

In a very convenient location, just the edge of Meteora, Hotel Iridanos has surprised in a very positive way. It is more like a manor which is newly decorated, or at least so clean, to a refined taste that would meet majority of the quality seeker's expectation. Friendly stuff, warm welcome and smiling faces make you feel like home. The... More

Our one night stay at the Iridanos could not have been better except for maybe if we had a bottle of wine and some snacks to enjoy while sitting out on the balcony. The owners of this small hotel have done a beautiful job with the decore. Everything is first class. Breakfast was delicious.

Stayed one night in this lovely guesthouse. The room was large, the largest one we encountered in Greece. , clean and comfortable and a balcony with table and chairs to savor a glass of wine and a view of a monastery.. Family run there was a warm and friendly atmosphere...we wouldn't hesitate to book a week here!...and the wifi was... More

Iridanos is a new (5 years old)hotel, with very pleasant staff, free wi fi, is very clean and well located for visiting the monasteries. Breakfast was a variety of different foods with plenty to satisfy the appetite. Our room was close to the dining room and had a view of a couple of old/derelict buildings. A new shower curtain fitted... More

This boutique hotel had very nice decoration, it almost looked like a monastery (in a very nice way). The hotel seemed to runned and managed by a family which made it very welcoming. The rooms were very nice, beds were very compfortable, WIFI reception good, bathrooms and shower great (one of the best in our mainland tour). The morning breakfast... More

We stayed in this beautiful guesthouse for an overnight trip to Meteora. Our only disappointment is that we only had the opportunity to stay 1 evening. Beautiful, rich interiors and gorgeously appointed rooms. Views of the mountains from our room and warm, welcoming service. Short walk from bustling, downtown Kalambaka Village. Great to be able to walk a short distance... More
