A fireplace in the lobby knocks the whole place up a few stars; though, the staff keeps the rating high. The hotel is lovely. The rooms are a tad small but comfortable. The balconies are wonderful and the showers hot with a delightful amount of pressure. Breakfast was excellent and far beyond my expectations.

When we had to leave the hotel that we had booked, Hotel Meteora, owing to bad service and a general air of unsafe environs, Hotel Kaikis was our next choice. Despite it being a last minute thing and top of it, it was close to 9pm, we were given a room in the second floor, and the lady who runs... More

Very good hotel in Kalambaka very clean and the owners very friendly. Very good value of money and the hotel is close to everything in Kalambaka and Trikala as well. Would recommend this hotel to families and couples as well. Near the city centre just a stone through away suitable to burn the calories after a nice and tasteful meal... More

22 of us stayed at this hotel in March. A beautiful location with wonderful views. The Hotel was clean with comfortable rooms. The food was very good and the staff were very smart and efficient. Such a friendly place it was a shame we had to move on to Athens

Staff is friendly, especially the young girl. Her English was exceptionally good for Greek standards. The young man at breakfast was a bit obtrusive. We felt as though we either ate too much or needed to ask whether it was ok to get some more cheese. I'm sure he meant well though. Our room was spacious and clean. Nice, relatively... More

This hotel is situated about 10 min by car from the 1st monastery of the meteora site, close to everything in the "town" (restaurant, supermarket, petrol station,) the price (for a winter) is really reasonable , bathroom is correct, beds are comfortable, just the tv is only with greek channels, for my point i don't really mind, just to precise.... The owner lady Mrs Dora makes you feel you are a very prominent quest at her home. Its a small family run hotel and its been renovated and modernized in 2008 so book ahead. The meals are prepared by herself (the lady owner) and her family eats the same thing you do in other words the food is fresh and... More
