If you are expecting NEW...don't stay here. This is about an experience. The hotel offers haunting rooms from the past. The building is original so the floors creek, there is only one elevator, and the paint isn't perfect as it has layers upon layers. But the beds, although old, are clean and comfortable. Set in the heart of the historic... More

Me and my husband had a great time at the Basin Hotel. We chose the spa duet package and it was great. Quiet peaceful room, great options included for breakfast, dinner at hotel, massages and body wrap. Definitely would do this again.

My teenage daughter and I stayed at the Basin Park Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The room was very clean with a nostalgic feel. The hotel ghost tour was fun and historically informative. We would definitely stay here again!

I was lucky enough to go on the very first ghost tour of the Basin Park Tour. It was very informative and very exciting to learn of the history of the Basin Park Hotel and the inhabitants of the city in the early years when the springs were thought to be healing springs. Everything about the tour was very interesting... More

My husband and I had an amazing time at the Basin Park Hotel! We chose the Spa Duet package which included massages and body wraps, breakfasts around town and dinner in the hotel. The staff was great, the on-site spa was wonderful, and the food in the hotel was better that any other meal. We had a fantastic time and... More

Very clean and relaxing room! We had the king jacuzzi room. The bed was comfortable and there was a separate bathroom with a tub/shower combo. It was worth the rate and we were very happy with the great service! The restaurant and bar was great too! We will be returning!

Our stay was nice. We will stay here again if we come back. We came here to get married at another place and wanted to stay close to it. The basin was perfect for us. Right square in the middle of old downtown. Everyone was super friendly. Even the girl who didn't speak any English.

The room was actually a large 3 room suite, complete with a sitting room with a large screen television and a large bathroom and jacuzzi. Excellent housekeeping staff that takes care of your every need. Spa and massage services on site. Who could ask for more?

A great historical property in the midst of downtown with shops at the doorstep & the park next door. Accommodating staff, comfortable bed. Room was small, but, thats the norm with historical, older properties. Enjoyed the stay!

Elevator is very very slow, tied up or out of order. Be ready to climb stairs to rooms or restaurant. Cost is high for what you get, everything is old like the age of hotel - built in 1905. Nothing has been updated, photos on website are very misleading, nothing that new in whole Hotel.
