Next to a liquor store and a bar. No smoking rooms. It is a little hard to pull out of because of the traffic on 62 (Van Buren). Has a choke point to drive into the parking area, so it is easy to get stuck inside the parking area by people check in or out. Room is large, keyed locks,... More

Hmm... well... wall paper coming off the walls, someone else's coffee was left in the coffee pot, the jacuzzi looks dirty but cleaned. Many times we were unable to park in front of our room because people from the place nearby parked there. However; we spent very little time at the hotel except to sleep. I do however agree that... The location was great but other than that, we did not think this was any place we would choose to go to again. The bathtub did not have a no-slip surface and there were no hand rails to hold on to and it was a very slippery surface. There was no hair dryer nor a sign saying we had to... More

Larry the gentleman at the desk was awesome. Our room was nothing fancy but good enough. staff was very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. Stay was great with the trolley stopping out front. Location was good. Then comes the Bikers. They raised cane out in front of the room all night long. One of the biker women actually took some... More

Stayed there on a Friday night. It was approx $55. Very cheap. Its close to downtown. The rooms are very outdated, but for the price, I didnt expect anything fancy. Will stay there again for that price.

We stayed here March 30th. The location is close to all attractions and the parking is spacious, which if you are not familiar with Eureka Springs, Arkansas, parking is a premium and most places it is very limited or on an incline, thus part of the reason it is called Little Switzerland. This motel was not super fancy, but certainly... More

This is a budget hotel on the outskirts of the main part of town. The room needs to be updated. The carpet is worn and I wore my flip flops around in the room. One of the bedside lamps was missing a lightbulb. The armoire was scuffed, the tub was discolored and some of the ceiling was stained. The blanket... More

I have stayed here several times. The rooms have always been clean and fresh. The beds are comfortable. It is a no frills hotel...but well worth the $59 a night fee. I actually got "no smoking rooms" rather than ones that had been designated no smoking...after the last smoking guest left! The staff has always been nice. Frankly, it is... More

The place was fine for the value. Trolley picks up right in front of the hotel. That was much better than trying to park off Spring street and was a great valve. Would stay there again. Much less walking that if you stay at the Basin or Crescent. We got off at the Ctescent and took photos. Lovely trip to... More
