Spending the night with the Bengal tigers right outside our window was wonderful! It's was fun listening to the roars of the various cats throughout the night. The room was well kept and appreciated. Easy access parking and ready for the cat tour in the morning.

To be so close to the cats is truly an experience everyone should check out for themselves. Hearing them at night makes you feel like you're on an African safari! Taking a tour of the habitat loop is a must. Our interns and staff do an incredible job sharing the stories of our animals and are always happy to answer... More

I'm ganna start off by saying how beautiful it is that these people care so much for the animals. The cats are really well treated and cared for. You can tell a lot of love and passion goes into each and everything they do for the cats. Which melts my heart. It is a very large place with tons of... More

It's unfortunate that you had a less than acceptable stay with us. Perhaps we could have made your stay more comfortable if the issues mentioned were brought to our attention while you were here. It is not our practice to escort guests to their rooms and apologize if you felt you were not greeted with VIP treatment. We take each... More

This was an excellent experience! We stayed in the Siberian Suite and will definitely be back!!!!! The staff was courteous and helpful. The tigers, Pebbles and Donna were right outside our cabin and we loved watching them. Our next trip will be longer!

We loved it! I always wanted to go to Africa and this was as close as I could ask for. We stayed in the Congo lodge and we just loved it! It was so cozy and comfortable, beautiful scenery. We loved hearing the cats at night!

The Siberian Suite was our choice for my birthday trip in November. Very much enjoyed waking and seeing Donna and Pebbles first thing right outside our window. The cats are frisky in the AM. The Safari lodges with their decks are excellent for outstanding Arkansas mountain vistas and we enjoy the occasional meetups with other lodgers when we gather at... More

Thank you for your continued support of our Refuge and our beautiful animals. We appreciate you taking the time to share your latest visit with us. Our lodging coordinator, Lori, is always happy to show our lodging options when able to... our team did an incredible job renovating the Tree House. It was a big job but, as you saw,... More

We ALWAYS stay at the refuge when in Eureka Springs. Of course, TCWR is the reason we come to Eureka in the first place! Excellent lodging options, continental breakfast in the fridge, very clean and comfortable rooms (even the sofa bed was already made up with clean sheets!). The biggest perk in our minds is hearing the lions caroling at... More

I have wanted to visit Turpentine Creek for many years and it did not disappoint (even if the weather didn't cooperate). The lodging was very comfortable and made the visit to the sanctuary so convenient. The complimentary breakfast items left in the fridge were very nice, but obviously it was having two playful tigers outside the window when I woke... More

We're happy to hear your trip was everything you expected and more! Looking out the window of the Siberian suite is nothing shy of spectacular. You can sit at the table, open the blinds and there you have two beautiful tigers (Donna & Pebbles) right there! Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay. We hope... More

I just learned about this place in July and made it a priority to get there as soon as possible. I took my Mom, sister and friend. We stayed one night in the Siberian Suite and watched Donna and Pebbles walk just right below our window. The next night we moved to the Bengal Suite right next door. Although it... More

The suite we stayed in was comfortable and clean. The breakfast left for us was delicious and we kept the coffee pot going the entire time we were in the room! I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant time!

The lodge was rustic as anticipated but comfortably furnished. We had a very enjoyable two night stay. The safari tent design of the lodge combined with the nightly caloring of the lions makes the place unique for the Eureka Springs area.
