We stayed in the Rivendell Cottage and it was perfect and quaint for a young couple seeking alone time. The location is amazing and a very short walk right into downtown Eureka. The innkeeper is lovely, personable and very accommodating. It was an all around perfect weekend in the perfect little cottage. Would love to stay again sometime! more

We really enjoyed staying at the Peabody House, the innkeeper, Faryl was wonderful and very attentive to any needs we had. One perk that I really enjoyed was having homemade cinnamon rolls and muffins delivered each day!! They were great! The location was great as the shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Can't wait to go back. more

We have stayed at the peabody house a few time in the past couple of years. Faryl does a great job with the Peabody house, it is very well kept up. The room we stay in is awesome, it over looks main steet. The whole shopping and eating district are an easy walk form the house more

We travel a lot for work and for pleasure and the Peabody House was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The accomodations were beautiful as well as comfortable. All the extra touches make you feel right at home. It's close proximity to downtown makes touring Eureka Springs easy and convenient. Do not pass up the opportunity to... more

We actually felt like we were home. The room was warm, comfortable, and immaculate. It is within walking distance of all the shopping downtown and resaurants. The only complaint we had was having to leave to come home... I just wasn't ready. Faryl is not only a wonderful hostess but a wonderful person as well. more

We have been going to Eureka Springs at least once a year for a get-a-way for about the last 9 years. We always tried staying at new locations each time but the last two years we have agreed to stay only at one place, The Peabody House. The place is a DREAM and Faryl is AMAZING! It's located within perfect... more

My husband and I were looking for a weekend getaway and heard that Eureka Springs is a nice place to visit. After searching through the many lodging options, we chose The Peabody House. We were taking a bit of a gamble not knowing anyone who had stayed there but boy did it pay off! We could not have picked a... more

I have gone to Eureka Springs quite a few times for weekend getaways and the Peabody is by far my favorite place to stay. If you stay in one of the rooms in the Peabody house itself, you will be right next to downtown. However, the Peabody is on a small hill so you can also stay in and feel... more

We had a wonderful time at the Peabody. The room was perfect, the extras nice, and the price more than fair. The room was large, with a great view of the valley. We had a wonderful basket of muffins and goodies each day. It was quiet and comfortable, easy walking to downtown. Faryl took great care of us, and next... more

Staying at the Peabody Inn was one of the most amazing experiences of our lives! Faryl was such a great Innkeeper. We felt so welcome! We stayed at the Rivendell Cottage and the pictures do NOT do it justice! It was very cute and so homey! The porch has a great view and the jetted tub was relaxing. It was... more
