As Eureka Springs regulars, we have seen a good number of the accommodations in town. There are so many good places to stay it can be hard to choose, and if you're like us you want to try them all. We had the Peabody House on our radar for quite a while after seeing their website (which is fantastic) and... More

My husband and I stayed in the Cheshire Suite at Peabody House for our 2 year wedding anniversary, and the room was breath taking, and clean!! Upon our arrival, the inn keeper was very friendly, and showed us our room. She also showed us the other upstairs suite, so we could see what it looked like too. In our suite... More

This fine old home turned B&B really sang to us. Our room (the Nautilus) was tastefully appointed - without a doily in sight! We booked from 1200 miles away, and were delighted that our room was as attractive as the web site pictures. Breakfast was continental and in-room - coffee or tea, juice and fresh pastries (i. e. muffins one... More

This is a great respite. Nice place, super owner, just a terrific and beautiful bed and breakfast. Owner provides a wonder landscape of the area and things to do, recommend very strongly. Sits on a high overlook of the main part of the city.

The Peabody House was a second choice after discovering that the Inn at Rose Hall B&B was full. The innkeeper at Rose Hall, Zoie, directed my friend and me to the Peabody House, which is operated by Zoie's daughter, the thoughtful Faryl. Faryl handled my friend's gluten allergy beautifully, providing a light breakfast and snacks that she could actually enjoy.... More

This is most certainly a B and B you will never forget. It is serene, impeccably clean (the attention to detail is amazing), and most of all, the owner, Faryl, is wonderful. Don't be surprised if you decide to stay 2 or 3 days longer than you orginally intended. I would not even consider staying anywhere else in Eureka, EVER,... More

We stayed at the Peabody house after checking out early from a local hotel after a bad experience. The only downside was that we didn't find it sooner. This is a wonderful B&B. I can't wait to return. It's an easy walk to the downtown area with all the shops and dining options. We were in the Dashboard Suite. It... More

My wife and I stayed this first weekend of August 2013, we can't recommend this bed and breakfast enough. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. We have stayed in many b&b's and this is one of our favorites. The room was fantastic, the end keeper was very friendly and personable. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone wanting... My husband and I stayed in The Dashwood Suite. We fell in love with the room. The bed was so comfortable and amazing. We stayed for two nights celebrating our 15 year anniversary. We opted to just hang out there for our time away from our busy lives. The snacks were good, and we loved the helpful dining suggestions. We... More

My husband and I stayed at the Peabody in November of 2007 and it was the best bed and breakfast experience ever! Our room (The Dashwood) was private, clean and exquisitely decorated. I especially appreciated the private entrance and front porch. Many mornings I would sit and watch the fog lift from the town below or sit in the evenings... More
