Within 200 ft. of main drag and right by set of stairs down to Main St. from Armstrong St. (If you've never been to Eureka Springs you will shortly find out about the stairways connecting streets.) Eclectic, yet tastefully decorated. No Victorian overkill or lace here, which is what originally drew us to it. Older house with modern amenities. As... More

I have been to the Peabody house about ten times over the last eight years. Never disappointed! The Inn keeper Faryl is a busy woman with a dedication to making her inn the best and her guest feel like they are a local in Eureka.

My (new) husband and I stayed in the Rivendell Cottage at The Peabody House for our Halloween Wedding Weekend. What a perfect location - walking distance to everything but just a bit away from Spring St. The cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. From the beautiful décor, to the gorgeous grounds, great view, and friendly and helpful (but not... More

I just spent my anniversary weekend with my husband in Eureka Springs. We always try to stay somewhere new each time we are here. This time we stumbled across this gem!!!! All I can say is that it was perfection! Perfect location, perfect room, perfect price...just amazing. The Inn owner truly thought of everything. No need for us to go... More

What I liked best was being within walking distance of the downtown shops and restaurants. Lovely B & B from afar with fabulous potential. Owner is personable and accommodating. Unfortunately, upon arrival the "lobby" was shockingly dingy and dusty. The grounds, with several dirty, green fountains, were a cluster of overgrown vines and leaves. In general, the inn is in... My husband and I stayed at The Peabody House recently to celebrate our anniversary. We were in the Dashwood suite...it's spacious, beautifully appointed with all the amenities needed for a private retreat including a gas fireplace for a chilly evening and a towel warmer in the bathroom. Faryl is a gracious hostess with a wealth of knowledge about Eureka Springs... More

My husband and I have been going to Eureka Springs for years. Every year we stay at the Peabody House, in the Rivendell Cottage. You can't find better accommodations than what we get each time we visit. The owner is wonderful, and takes great care of her property, as well as her guests. Every day she brings fresh-baked goodies for... More

Peabody House is pretty much the best little cottage I've ever been to and I'm only 26 years of age. My boyfriend and I stayed in the room called Dashwood and it was so much better than the pictures. Our room had a pretty big bathroom with a Jacuzzi and the room itself was just very homie and comfortable. It... More

My husband and I have stayed at the Peabody House twice (thus far) and it never disappoints. Accommodations are well above the norm, the location is excellent and the owner is not only an amazing decorator (the home is immaculate and elegantly furnished), but she is very friendly and personable. I would have no hesitations in recommending the Peabody House... More

As Eureka Springs regulars, we have seen a good number of the accommodations in town. There are so many good places to stay it can be hard to choose, and if you're like us you want to try them all. We had the Peabody House on our radar for quite a while after seeing their website (which is fantastic) and... More
