Great service, beautiful vintage rooms, cheese and crackers and champagne in the afternoon and continental breakfast in the morning, double Jacuzzi tub, what was not to love? We were upgraded twice; one when we requested a reservation for a small room just minutes after it was booked, then again when we got there and the TV wasn't working right. We came... More

OK, so it's an old bath house with a fluorescent "shaft" shaped sign, what's not to love. 8 individual suites, all with jetted tub and well appointed with vintage furniture. It's very convenient to the bustling part of town and eateries. The continental breakfast in bed and full service spa downstairs round out the great things about this property. This... More

The hotel is incredibly charming, the view outside of our room was wonderful with the landscape and interesting little cozy homes all around us. The mini bar was always fully stocked which was nice to not have to purchase bottled water along with a nice little snack of the cheese and crackers. My only real complaint was that it wasn't... You can experience a great massage in the bath house and walk up a flight of stairs to a nice room. The rooms are large and decorated with antique furniture. The hotel is just off Main Street so the noise level is down but still an easy walk to food and drink. Nice place to relax.

This was my first trip to Eureka Springs at this hotel was a great choice. They only have maybe 9 rooms so their parking lot is very small. They have a bath house, they bring a very cute breakfast to your room in the morning, and our room came with a complimentary champagne bar. We stayed in a king suite... More

Old hotel with lots of charm. We did not do the bath house only because our stay was short. Lots of little extras, flowers, chocolate, champagne. Breakfast was simple, yummy and had great presentation. The room was large and very comfortable. The location was perfect, on the quiet edge of town. I would definitely return.

We have stayed at several of the other vintage hotels in ES. This by far was our favorite. Large well appointed suites. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We really liked the in-room jacuzzi tub. From continental breakfast brought to your room to champagne and cheese (all complimentary) the Palace exceeded our expectations. What a lovely place!

Great access to downtown shops and restaurants. Beautiful setting and very large spacious rooms with 12 ft ceilings and wonderfully decorated with period furnishings representative of early turn of the century. Excellent service and a wonderful light breakfast delivered to the room. Definitely on our list to return and recommend.

This is a wonderful hotel loaded with extras you won't find in other lodging. The rooms are elegant, spacious, quiet and comfortable. The refrigerator comes with champagne, a selection of sodas and water. The bathroom is a vacation itself, with a huge spa tub for two. They leave you a nice selection of soaps and bath salts as well.
