When we came into the hotel, the first thing I noticed was the TripAdvisor Award for Excellence. I guess I'm going to have to disagree with this one. We've stayed in many nice historic hotels and this is just not one of them. Our room was hot and not very well maintained. Once we got the door to the balcony... More

This is probably my favorite place I've stayed at so far in Eureka Springs! I live about an hour away so I take frequent weekend trips to this great little town. When I stay in E.S. I always go for character above luxury, it just fits better with the vibe. The Palace Hotel is a lovely historic place in a... More

A historical hotel within walking distance of downtown Eureka Springs. Rooms have been updated and are very roomy. Nice touch having champagne for the guests and not just on arrival but subsequent days also. Champagne was accompanied by crackers and cheese, cheap ones but still a nice thought. Other goodies stocked in room fridge including great bottles of spring water... More

Absolutely had a blast staying here with my husband while he was on business. The history of the hotel was intriguing and the rooms were nostagically perfect. The staff was accommodating and helpful. We were able to park in front of the hotel to unload. Guest parking is down the hill in the back, so if you have older couples... More

My husband and I celebrated our 14th Anniversary in Eureka Springs this past weekend. We treated ourselves to a Couples 90 minute The Works massage at the Palace Bath House. It was extreme pampering! First, you are immersed in a claw foot tub for a mineral bath, followed by a Eucalyptus steam treatment in a wood barrel steam cabinet. Then,... More

Stayed in one of the four suites on site. Best jacuzzi by far from anywhere we have been. Beautifully decorated with antique furnishings. Only issue..would not go in hot summer months. The age of the hotel made the attempt at cooling your room a struggle at best. But spring and fall views are the most amazing from this hotel as... More

Thank you for your wonderful review, however, please be advised that The Palace Hotel is a beautiful historic hotel but does not include a dining room on site nor are there ghost tours provided. More

We have stayed at different places in Eureka and this hotel did not disapoint. It was quaint and fun. Had a Victorian vibe which is what you would expect. The room was nice with a small kitchen and nice size sitting area. The bed room and bath area was nice sized as well. I would say the decor was done... More

If you are looking for a relaxing get-away, the Palace Hotel & Bath Spa House is your place. My husband and I fully enjoyed our enormous first floor room complete with two-person whirlpool bath and complementary champagne. The entire staff was helpful and pleasant. We highly recommend the couples "works" massage, but be sure to schedule it early enough that... More

We stayed at The Palace in the winter and it snowed - a lot - our first night there. The same lady who checked us in was there in the morning... and there when we got back from hunting down dinner. She was a trooper! Our room was very spacious and the bed was nice and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub... More

We didn't plan to stay in this town, but wandered into this building to see inside. Immediately Roz helped us and showed us the extremely large rooms and interesting baths so of course we decided to stay. Why can't all hotels provide just a small mini bar with water and soda for free? This was awesome. Breakfast of fruit and... More
