We were met by a wonderful hostess, Janelle, who showed us our room and did a great job describing the town. The Palace is an interesting place and well restored. Our room was spacious with nice touches but aside from a comfortable bed, the furniture was uncomfortable. Do not plop down in a chair or on the small couch, you... More

We stayed in room 5, it was a nice room, very large, soft carpet, comfy bed. The complimentary tiny bottle of champagne, sodas, & in room breakfast are very nice touches. The jacuzzi was huge & we were so excited to soak after a nice massage at their spa only to find scummy hair hanging out of the jacuzzi jets.... More

We have been to Eureka Springs before and decided to try this hotel based on a previous spa experience and Trip Advisor reviews. First let me say that all of ES is old, quaint but parts of the hotel and town are a challenge for older travelers. There is no elevator and the steps to the second floor don't have... More

I am reluctant to write this review, because this is one of the those jewels you want to keep to yourself. For over 20 years the wife and I have visited Eureka Springs and have stayed at all kinds of places; old hotels, B&Bs, romatic cottages, camped in a tent, camped in a camper ... we have even slept with... This property dates back to the early 1900's. The rooms are very large with all amenities. Eureka Springs is quite small, therefore, everything is within walking distance. The room I had was on the main floor, situated close to the main desk. As I mentioned, very large and spacious - loved it! The service is very good. I was hoping... More

I have stayed at eight properties (and counting) in Eureka Springs and this ranks very near the top. The rooms, though few, are very large and comfortable. We enjoyed the time-period decor, and the bathroom and HUGE tub was certainly a highlight. The location is hard to beat, although be warned that if you check in at a busy time,... More

We just returned from a short trip to Eureka Springs and LOVED our stay at the Palace Hotel and Bath House. While this is a very small hotel with only 8 rooms we were not disappointed. Your must understand before you go that this is a historical building built in 1901 and should not expect modern facilities and décor, the... More

This small hotel is really more of a bed and breakfast. Staff are very helpful, and spa is good. Notice I did not say luxurious. The 80's renovation fell a bit short, in my opinion. However, most guests would not be as critical as I am (hotel design is my profession). The basics were very good: comfy bed and clean... More
