My Husband and I have stayed at Hidden Springs several times over that past 5 years. It has become a tradition for us to save our pennies and travel to Eureka Springs to help us get over the "winter blues" and to infuse some romance back into our relationship. As with years past, Stephanie & Jim's warm welcome and excellent... more

My wife and I stayed at Hidden Springs over the Valentines Day weekend. We stayed in the Spring Gate room. This room is elegantly decorated with fine antiques and high quality linens. We awoke refreshed after a late sleep on the large comfy bed. We also enjoyed a relaxing bath in the jacuzzi tub. Stephanie makes an awesome gourmet breakfast... more

This was an anniversary stay. Jim and his wife were wonderful hosts not to mention the great breakfasts. Our stay was relaxing and would recommend to anyone to get away from the hustle bustle of big cities. more

After much research into B & B's in the Eureka Springs area we picked Hidden Springs and had a wonderful anniversay there. We stayed 2 nights in the Spring Gate room. I do not know how one could not love the bed - my husband and I both loved the mattress and the luxury linens were the icing on the... more

We knew that we wanted our 25th wedding anniversary to be romantic, beautiful, very comfortable and relaxing. Not only were these expectations met, they were exceeded by far. Jim and Stephanie Kerr have created a Bed and Breakfast that is exceptional. The peaceful and natural surroundings are the start, a nature lovers getaway. This is followed by the beautiful, comfortable... more

We've stayed at Hidden Springs twice - the Tobe Smith Cottage. The decor is restful, the breakfasts are gourmet, the mattress needs to be replaced. It's okay for one person, but with two it folds you both in like a taco. I have back problems, and it about killed my back. My husband does not have back problems and his... more

Management response from

We truly were astonded by this review! A delightful couple--we talked with them at length during their stay. Never once did they complain or mention a problem with the $1200 pillow top mattress in their Tobe Smith Cottage which, incidently, was the same cottage/mattress that they slept on during their previous stay at Hidden Springs. We certainly would have responded...

How anyone could visit this quaint B&B in the Ozark Mtns and not love it is beyond me. From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated like royality. The innkeepers were so accommodating and gracious. Although the entire property was full, we were treated like we were the only guests there. Everything from breakfast to desserts, the... more

We were looking forward to our third anniversary with our plans set to stay at the Hidden Springs B&B Blue Willow Room. However, just days before our trip, we received a phone call from Stephanie stating that our room had previously been booked to someone for a honeymoon package for a 3-day stay and she had forgot to write it... more

My husband and I decided to have a quick honeymoon in Eureka Springs after our September 2005 wedding. After searching online, Hidden Springs looked like a great place to spend the weekend. We booked Dove Cottage in June and everything seemed to be going as planned. In August, we recieved a call from Jim, one of the managers, who told... more
