We recently had our second stay at Arsenic and Old Lace and enjoyed it as much as the first time. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, the location is convenient, and the breakfasts are delicious. Doug and Beverly are gracious and give trustworthy advice concerning where to eat and what to see. The deer and wildlife that frequent the... More

We had a sensational experience at this lovely B&B. Doug & Beverly Breitling are marvelous hosts AND cooks. Mmmmm. The gourmet breakfasts exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed watching the birds and the deer who just happened to stop by, from the balcony of the Chantilly Rose room. Our accommodations were comfortable, quiet, and cozy. We will indeed return to Eureka... More

Doug is the consummate host, and Beverly is a gourmet cook. Delightful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable and appropriately decorated. All the showers had at least 2 shower heads. The kitchen and dining area are homey. Doug and Beverly really seem to enjoy being innkeepers. The woods on the property provide lots of opportunities to see deer, the white... More

From the luxurious bedding and robes to the delicious snacks and breakfast, owners/innkeepers Doug and Beverly thought of everything. Forgot your toothbrush or your razor? They have one for you. In the Monet room we enjoyed the balcony with 2 comfortable chairs for some afternoon reading and relaxing after perusing the many fun shops of downtown Eureka Springs. Doug was... More

We had a wonderful stay, the room and home were very clean and beautifully decorated. Everyone was kind and the food was outstanding. Just be prepared if you have bad knees like I do, to climb a flight of stairs to get to the porch and then several stairs to get to your room.

Beverly and Doug are great innkeepers. We love their B&B as a comfortable getaway when in Eureka Springs. The breakfasts are always decadent delights and worth the calories! We have stayed in all of the rooms with king beds at one time or another. The five rooms in the inn are all very nicely appointed, spotlessly clean with many extras.... More

Doug and Bev are amazing! The home is beautiful - the nature is surreal - and the breakfast is out of this world! My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary and AOLBnB made it great. My wife is gluten intolerant and they didn't even flinch! Day one was French Toast with fresh fruit (hers was special made and declared... More

Perfect in every way! From the greeting, to the afternoon snacks (home made of course), to the rooms, recommendations for site seeing and shopping and evening dining, to the bountiful breakfast, and deer viewing from our balcony-perfect. The rooms were decorated beautifully, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. See their web site. They even had the movie "Arsenic and Old Lace" with... More
