My wife and I stayed at the Candlewick Inn for 2 nights, July 4th and 5th. We have stayed there a few times before, and this is still our first choice when we visit Eureka Springs. Management and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and plenty of hot water for a bath... More

We stayed here for Blues weekend. We booked the hotel on a third party website and had no problems with check-in. While the furnishings were a bit dated, our room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was so clean it was gleaming which is something I found quite impressive considering the age of the property. The beds were quite comfortable as... More

My companion and I rented two rooms, a standard king and a king with jacuzzi. We had to search Room 401 in the separate building behind the main one as we, too, were given "quick directions", but we did find it. I was in 109, which is very close by. Both rooms were very clean, had the mini-fridge and microwave... More

My boyfriend and I were asked to accompany some good friends on their anniversary weekend to Eureka and based on the online reviews and price, my friend's husband chose Candlewick Inn. When we pulled up, it looked ok from the outside, but once we entered the check in area, we found that the whole place was extremely dated. There was... More

We stayed in the building that is separate behind the Candlewick Inn. It has several rooms. We had a nice wrap around deck with table and chairs so we could sit outside and overlook the trees and nature. We had a room with a big Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. That was a little strange to us, but we did... More

The bed was comfortable, the water hot, as clean as any motel I've ever slept in, courteous, and all for a bargain price of $48. It was a little dated but as clean as it was it didn't matter. The parking was a bit tight. A microwave and little fridge made it easy to bring leftovers back from dinner. The... More

Having just spoken to Sharon on the phone, I am even more excited to visit. She recognized who I was just from my online booking...done 2 weeks ago! Then, knowing I was a lady travelling solo, she very conscientiously placed me in a room by the office. Sharon, you rock sister! My fears were immediately assuaged. She also informed me... More

I admit I love a great bed and even more a great nights sleep neither of those things will happen here. The customer service is great and the rooms are clean but the hotel is old and you can hear everything that is happening in the room on either side which means no sleep and being awakened in the middle... The room décor is dated but was very clean and a great value at $66 a night (including all taxes and fees). There was free wi-fi, a mini-fridge, microwave and hair dryer and everything worked. It is located close to everything (most locations are within 5-10 minutes driving). The breakfast wasn't fancy-bagels, cereal, packaged breakfast rolls, coffee, OJ and milk.... More

Normally stay during the week, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The shower head was not working properly so I mentioned it to housekeeper and next morning it worked great. Breakfast isn't the greatest but the coffee is good but the office area doesn't open till 7:30 and I am an early riser.
