We've stayed twice at Buchman and enjoyed those visits. I decided to try another Historic Cottages site, Cricket Cottage, and was very happy to find it too was comfortable, but also a better fit for us. It's a pretty house outside with a long narrow front porch, and a stone paved terrace with table for two on the west side.... More

Kingfisher cottage was truly amazing. So unique and such a warm feeling. We were able to bring our dogs. That was a big plus for us. They are our babies. We love our pets. Faryl was such a joy to work with. She made this experience so easy for us. We will get to visit the farm next time and... More

My husband & I have stayed here several times time. Clean and has a full kitchen with all the basic supplies. I love that it's secluded, but yet in town. I like to sit out on the porch in the morning to drink my coffee and at night just to relax. The deer come down to eat and drink everyday.... More

The history alone is worth the stay. We stayed in the Gingerwood. It was great! It was very clean and had lots of amenities. There were no signs that a dog had even stayed there. The photos on their web site aren't recent so a couple furniture pieces were different but most is the same. The couch is different &... More

Great place for all ages. Couples and families. There is a pool, a lake to fish in. Each cottage is decorated and named differently. It's like camping at its best. The staff is very friendly. Great place, but really more family oriented

Chose to return to Buchman for a second visit and was enjoyable as the first. Was during biker week and enjoyed sitting on the porch watching traffic and the small herd (8!) of deer cross the property twice during our stay. I highly recommend the cottage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Tom Sawyer cabin. Three couples shared this cabin for the Corvette Days weekend. We loved the decor of the cottage! Every wall & corner had something interesting to offer. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable! The bathrooms are nice, and there were plenty of very plush towels to accommodate... We have been staying with Historic Cottages for several years and have stayed in three of their resort homes. Every home is fantastic. They are very clean, comfortable and in great locations. In addition, the owner is very nice and is pet-friendly. She knows that pets are just as important members as anyone else in our families and welcomes them... More

We chose to spend our honeymoon in Eureka Springs, AR & stay at the Lake Lucerne Cottages. We wanted something with privacy, possibly near the water. Lake Lucerne has both. We stayed in the Dandelion cottage...great choice! Clean, kitchen fully stocked, everything worked. It was a perfect place for us it had a place to park the truck and trailer... More

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and although the cabin was nice we found all the rules to be nerve-racking. You never meet the owner, you just show up and let yourself in. When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised. It was nice and extremely clean. They have a book that has a list of their... More
