This hotel (and the city) has everything I was looking for on a girl's weekend trip. Yes, it is old hotel and if you are looking for a motel 6 or a Hilton, go stay there.then. If you are looking for quaint, quirky with enough room to comfortably house several people + with a kitchen to accommodate snacks and small... More

My fiancé and I had visited Eureka Springs before and loved it and so, we decided to try another place. Grand Central Hotel wasn't new and we knew this, but, for the price, it was okay. We had room 305 (I think it was 305, was at the end) and it was quaint, older furnishings, but, a few of things... More

We arrived the day after valentine's day. They were expecting some snow so the hotel was a ghost town. We checked in and asked for our meal small meal credit and spa credit. The lady at front desk laughed and said good luck getting anyone to come in and service you at the spa and didn't even bother to offer... More

We knew this wasn't going to be a shiny new hotel. We were very pleased with our stay. We enjoyed our quiet 3rd floor room. It was clean, and very comfortable. The Grand Tavern Restaurant is absolutely out of this world. The best steaks you'll find anywhere. If you go to Eureka, you have to eat there. We've stayed at... More

Eureka Springs is a unique place. A hundred years ago, people came for the mineral water cures. I remember the hippies in the 70s. Today it's the bikers. All are welcome. This hotel is not as famous, but it's got a neat vibe. It is a little older, having been built when the railroad came to town, but the suites... More

This is a really weird and quirky little place. We stayed here spur of the moment on New Year’s Eve. We had one of their two bedroom suites. The building is a beautiful old historical place, but the furnishings will just make you laugh. Down stairs and in a few places throughout they have some nice antiques. (Furnishings that are... We stayed two nights here just before peak color of the fall leaves. The hotel is very old and full of antiques. The rooms are suites with a kitchenette, comfortable beds and plenty of space. We were there during the week and found that the free parking provided was nice considering there are lots in town that charge for parking. We... More

We rented a Royal Suite (Rm 207) for the Eureka Springs Folk Festival weekend. We were pleased that, though checkin is 3:00 pm, our suite was ready and we were allowed to check in more than an hour early. At first impression, we were very happy; the suite included a microwave, a nice size (under-counter) frig & freezer, automatic dishwasher... More

Based on the mixed reviews and photos online, I really was apprehensive about what to expect from this hotel, from the size of the rooms, to the fact that there's no elevator, to the amenities. As the oldest hotel, you just never know. My expectations were totally exceeded. Firstly, there's a good size parking lot reserved for hotel guests. It's... More

From the beginning to the end, our stay was a comedy of errors. We came to check in, and the front desk was on the phone taking reservations. She quoted the same rate as we booked, but then said she could do it for $40 less per night if they booked. Needless to say, she didn't offer us the reduced... More
