We booked 2 nights for my husband's birthday through living social. Had never been to Eureka springs so decided to make the trip. The hotel is so full of beautiful furnishings from the Victorian era. Our suite was on the 2nd floor with a windong stairs which would be a challenge to tote our luggage but the gentleman at ck... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Central Hotel. It was a lovely old hotel down the hill from a ton of little shops. Since it was on Main Street it was convenient for us to walk to many places and was still quiet. Their bar is intimate but friendly and makes a fine drink. The jacuzzi tub was a... More

If you like old, nicely kept hotels with a very friendly and informative staff then you will love the Grand Central. The floors are slanted but rooms are spotless and perfect for a weekend get away where you can walk to shops and restaurants. The spa is currently undergoing an update but the facial was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Hey great little gem you have here! I went after tour season so it was nice and quiet. Beautiful hotel and friendly helpful staff! Loved the underground tunnel downstairs! Don't worry I didn't go in, but I admit to peeking! The strangest thing though, we stayed in room 202 and had the hardest time connecting to the internet. We used... More

My wife and I had our 19th anniversary dinner at the Grand hotels restaurant. Although the courses were very well prepared, the wait staff made 3 below par mistakes which lowered our over all opinion. 1) When my wife ordered she was told that broccoli would be part of the dish. When it arrived it had asperagus instead. When asked... More

The Grand Central Hotel is at the bottom edge of "downtown" so everything in town is an uphill walk. It could use another update but was very comfortable and the bed was really nice. We used a LivingSocial coupon for one of the Royal Suites which has a very large living area and a large bedroom with a 2 person... More

We had a lovely evening at the Grand Central beginning with a scrumptious dinner in the dining room, followed by a couple of hours of mellow piano music and singing by the incredible Jerry Yester of the Lovin' Spoonful in the lobby. He plays Thursdays and Saturdays when he's in town and is a treat everyone should take advantage of.... More

My wife and I stay here every year during diversity weekend and we love it! Staff is super friendly and the hotel is full of history and beautiful furniture. Wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. We will be back in November. It overlooks the general store and downtown area. If you ever go to eureka be sure to stay there.

We came across this hotel via a living social deal and man are we thankful. Staying here has been like stepping back in time, but with modern furnishings. The antique furnishings are beautiful. The jetted tub is huge and in excellent condition. There is an excellent restaurant and spa inside the hotel. The location is ideal. The staff is courteous... More

We've stayed at the Grand Central twice and were very satisfied both times. Surely, anyone is reserves a room here, realizes it's a very old hotel and it will be a different experience than staying at a Holiday Inn. But, it is so appropriate for Eureka Springs, and the only way to go in Eureka, IMO. It has most modern... More
