We just came back from Eureka and for the first time stayed at the New Orleans. Typically we stay and the Crescent or the Grand Central. The New Orleans is located on the main strip of downtown Eureka where all the shops are. Our room (103) was a King Jacuzzi suite. Very clean and updated. Complimentary water and Coke products... This hotel is a great place to stay downtown when travelling on motorcycle. Weekends are 2 night minimum, but call directly and ask personally if you only need one night. Very clean. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. But be aware, shops and some establishments close at 5 or 6 pm even on Saturday.

We just returned from our 3rd trip to Eureka, and always stay at The New Orleans Hotel. This trip was unplanned, we called at the last minute and were lucky enough to get a recently cancelled reservation. We stayed in the smallest room in the Inn, and it was still just as charming and comfortable as the larger rooms. It... More

We have stayed here off an on over the years. The deluxe rooms are very nice and clean and in my opinion the best location. I've stayed at three other popular hotels in the area and they pale by comparison.

We stumbled across this hotel on Trip Advisor and the reviews raved about the hotel and the customer service so we have it a shot. BEST decision! Excellent staff. The service is unbeatable. We stayed in the king size Grand Suite and it was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The large jacuzzi tub was wonderful. The location is great as... More

We love the New Orleans--have stayed there twice and both times really enjoyed the rooms. This time we traveled with my brother and his family, and we stayed in rooms 108 and 109. These two rooms are across from each other and both have king beds, a jet tub, beautiful furniture and large bathrooms. There is a door at the... More

The New Orleans Hotel is a nice choice if you want a hotel that has some charm and character right in downtown Eureka Springs. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful (they didn't HAVE to find me a teabag on Saturday morning, but they DID-just one of many examples). The rooms were clean and had modern amenities while retaining historic... More

My wife stayed at the New Orleans for our anniversary. The location couldn't be better in Eureka Springs, located right in the middle of the historic district, placing all of it within walking distance. The hotel staff is very formal and proper, and provide excellent service. The rooms are a little small by today's standards, but this is by no... More

My husband and I stayed for a kid free weekend and loved it! The hotel and furnishings were beautiful. The bed was comfortable and our room had a nice big shower. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved it and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful little hotel in the historic downtown area so great location. Clean rooms, friendly staff, free parking (a few levels down). Not fancy, but there is something about staying in an old, historic hotel. Our room was a little on the small side, ( we stayed in the Queen/shower room) but it was comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. There... More
