We stumbled across this hotel on Trip Advisor and the reviews raved about the hotel and the customer service so we have it a shot. BEST decision! Excellent staff. The service is unbeatable. We stayed in the king size Grand Suite and it was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The large jacuzzi tub was wonderful. The location is great as... More

We love the New Orleans--have stayed there twice and both times really enjoyed the rooms. This time we traveled with my brother and his family, and we stayed in rooms 108 and 109. These two rooms are across from each other and both have king beds, a jet tub, beautiful furniture and large bathrooms. There is a door at the... More

The New Orleans Hotel is a nice choice if you want a hotel that has some charm and character right in downtown Eureka Springs. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful (they didn't HAVE to find me a teabag on Saturday morning, but they DID-just one of many examples). The rooms were clean and had modern amenities while retaining historic... More

My wife stayed at the New Orleans for our anniversary. The location couldn't be better in Eureka Springs, located right in the middle of the historic district, placing all of it within walking distance. The hotel staff is very formal and proper, and provide excellent service. The rooms are a little small by today's standards, but this is by no... More

My husband and I stayed for a kid free weekend and loved it! The hotel and furnishings were beautiful. The bed was comfortable and our room had a nice big shower. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved it and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful little hotel in the historic downtown area so great location. Clean rooms, friendly staff, free parking (a few levels down). Not fancy, but there is something about staying in an old, historic hotel. Our room was a little on the small side, ( we stayed in the Queen/shower room) but it was comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. There... More

This was a great place to stay downtown. We were within walking distance for everything downtown. Room was clean and the staff was very friendly!! There is a spa located in the lobby. Make sure to call and make a reservation.

I surprised my wife with a short weekend getaway to leave the city life for some small town fun. I found The Orleans Hotel & Spa from my typical travel site search and review reading. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the location and the customer service of the man I spoke with on the phone.... More

One of the best impressions one can make is the first contact with arrival at a destination! We were warmly greeted by the front desk staff, they parked our car, and asked if we needed any directions or help with dinner reservations. The hotel was remodeled last year. It's in a great spot for walking right out the front door... More

We were looking for a short weekend getaway from our home in Branson, MO. We have stayed pretty much everywhere in Eureka, but never the New Orleans. We were so impressed with the service and location! You can't find a better place to explore the downtown area by walking. You are close to the restaurants and bars. It was wonderful.... More
