We were looking for a short weekend getaway from our home in Branson, MO. We have stayed pretty much everywhere in Eureka, but never the New Orleans. We were so impressed with the service and location! You can't find a better place to explore the downtown area by walking. You are close to the restaurants and bars. It was wonderful.... More

Comfy bed & bedding, super jacuzzi tub, wifi, deck. Old Victorian Charm. 2nd visit. Hot coffee and many healthy fruits to begin the day. In the heart of the cute shops district. Personnel is helpful and friendly. Haven't tried out the spa services. Would like to try the head, neck, and shoulders massage for $45. Room has refrig, 6cup coffee... More

We really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff. The room was clean. They had a great spread for breakfast. Great location with a balcony and chairs to view everything going on down I the main street. We will definitely stay again.

We were just driving thru town and stopped to walk around for awhile. We loved Eureka Springs right away and then saw The New Orleans Hotel. We walked in to find out the price, were pleased with the rate of the regular room and brought the car around, parked out front, brought in our luggage and then took the car... More

We just spent the weekend at The New Orleans Hotel & Spa and everything was perfection. We had parked the car in the hotel lot when we arrived. The Front Desk staff welcomed us and after registering .. they immediately offered to go retrieve the car for us, helped us unload and then valet parked the car for the remainder... More

Stayed four nights mid-week. On the phone they explained the higher nightly rate than some competitors by saying that they were the only four and a half star hotel and we would notice. We did not. First, the good part. Location was perfect, at least mid week when the crowds are not so rowdy. The room was large, and the... More

Naturally if you step into an Edwardian hotel room, you think antique. But everything functions. We had a beautiful large, light room in the back with a sitting space. The staff were most kind in taking our suitcases up and down the stairs and in supplying us with breakfast. This service was matched by having an up to date bathroom... More

One of the great things about Eureka Springs, Arkansas - dubbed "The Little Switzerland of Arkansas" by the Chamber of Commerce and "The People's Republic of Eureka Springs" by local artisans, hippies, gays and lesbians and others seeking laid back life in a beautiful and old place - is a collection of old hotels. You can choose from the magnificent... More

You need to be in really good shape to stay in this hotel. There is not an elevator and when you park the car there are lots of stairs back to the hotel. The rooms are typical Victorian, no tables or anything to rest a computer on. The bathroom has no where to put your makeup on as the sink... More

I consistently pick this hotel for the for level of service and selection of Jacuzzi Rooms . The staff helps you feel very comfortable in a town with many new choices for food, dining, and entertainment. The location and ability to walk every where I like to eat and drink in Eureka Springs is a bonus.
