We stay here periodically when visiting Eureka Springs. I feel the hotel offers the best location and comfort for the money. It is on the main highway, but only a few blocks from the road to downtown. A taxi ride is less than $10 if you prefer not to drive, which is a good idea if you plan on frequenting... More

Great place to stay clean and great owners! Could answer most of questions about history and fun stuff to do for all ages. Put up with the teenagers with me, really go out of there way to make the customer happy!

Dirty and dated. Found skittles box and full perfume bottle under coffee table. Dirty carpets. Dead bugs. You can see thru sheets. Old fat tv's. Popcorn ceiling. I don't mind dated hotels. But cleanliness is extremely important. If the hotel was clean then I would not have written this review.

The Matterhorn Towers is a quirky family owned hotel and the owners are very nice. Rooms are dated, but clean and we felt safe there. Not fancy, but all we did was sleep there. I did like the flip flop tree.

We had a great time staying at the Matterhorn. Loved the uniqueness of the decor. The owners were very friendly and put a very personal touch on it. If you want a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place.

There is nothing fancy about this quirky family owned hotel, but it is a good value for the money. It's rooms are in need of updating, but they are comfortable and clean. It offers the standard fruit and packaged pastries for breakfast. It has a nice pool and a four story observation tower. The owner, Chris, is super nice and... More

Our room was very old and not maintained very well. Sheets were heavily stained, floors were not vacuumed to the edge, sink was clogged, chaulk in shower was heavily coated with mold. The pool lights did not work so evening swim was done in the dark. They did offer a free taco dinner which was nice and the owner was... More

The staff is the best feature here. So friendly & kind. There is a pool & they just leave it open til everyone is done swimming rather than boot people out. Really nice staff!! They put out a mediocre breakfast in the morning; fruit, packaged pastries, juice. The room was a BIG letdown though. Old stained carpet, bad itchy cheap... More

While not the nicest place in town it has the feeling and value that makes the area so appealing. Chris is great and was quick with fantastic suggestions when asked. We enjoyed a local musician playing by the fountain upon returning late one evening. Great value and experience I'd certainly return for.
