This is real 18th century style and comfort, near to all the famous chateau of the Loire valley, but special enough to stay put and enjoy. Nice Chateau, but just from the outside. This place is a joke!! It is not in a good location. The grounds and inside of the chateau need a lot of maintenance. Lousy breakfast! The rooms were not kept very clean (spider webs everywhere and mold in the bathroom). There is no A/C in the rooms. Very poor amenities and service!.... more

The Chateau and it's surroundings were wonderful, and the "public" rooms were fantastic, but little did we know, that the dining room, drawing room and lounge, were also the living areas for the owners.
