Excellent first impressions. The Chateau and it's surroundings were wonderful, and the "public" rooms were fantastic, but little did we know, that the dining room, drawing room and lounge, were also the living areas for the owners. We therefore felt intrusive and awkward throughout our stay.
The minibar had little stock, and it felt embarrasing asking for anything.
