We travelled in a large group of families and had a great holiday. The hotel is a short walk from the fab ski area. The rooms were small but clean and adequate for a ski holiday. The restaurant staff were friendly and catered for our party well , always trying to group tables together. Wide choice of food at breakfast... More

We were 4 couples with 2 little children staying for a weekend at this hotel. Next to good rooms, great location and a lovely breakfast buffet, this hotel is marked through their staff. Every single employee is super friendly, helpful and with a smile. We used the babysitting service and Laura was loved very quickly by my little girl. Thanks... More

We visited Andorra from 01.02. till 08.02.14. We were 8 people in total and all liked the hotel. Very good location (not far from ski lifts), near pubs and supermarkets. Anyway, you will find supermarket on the every corner of Pas de La Casa. Rooms are nice and cozy, quite renovated. Beautiful new bathrooms. it is not spa or wellness... More

We recently stayed at this hotel which is located in the centre of Pas De La Casa. The position is good for easy access to the town and the piste, which was why we chose it as we were here for skiing. Unfortunately we were in for a bit of a let down, considering the overall reviews! The room was... More

My husband and I stayed here for a week on our skiing holiday. The hotel is of course geared up for skiers with an ample ski locker room in the basement with large lockers. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, very impressed and the staff could not be more helpful. Breakfast and evening meal are buffet style offering an... More

I expect from a ski hotel to have good heating and hot water at all times. So, in this hotel, we had not. One day malfunction is ok, but two days in a raw of cold water after a day of ski isn't acceptable, while the heating in the room almost didn't work. The wifi is slow, as in below-under... More

Loved staying here because of close proximity to the slopes. It was a difficult walk back up the hill to the hotel on the first afternoon, following a full days skiing - probably due to the altitude. However it was easier every day. Rooms had everything that was needed. Not luxurious but functional and very clean. Great hot shower and... More

Pros: Not ski in like a few in resort but close to slopes. Very clean & good staff Cons: You can get by for a week with the food, it's not terrible but it's not good & dinners a ten minute canteen affair. No starters, bad deserts. Terribly uncomfortable beds. Most rooms face walls & I felt I lived in... More

The hotel is very nice, the relation beetwen quality and price is perfect. All the staff is very friendly and it makes you feel like at home. It's very close to the ski resort, about 500 m. It has jacuzzi and sauna, that's perfect after a long day of skiing.

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed. The rooms are nice and spacious but most important, the staff! All the employees, from the front desk to the restaurant were always ready to help you. I would change gladly one hotel of five stars for this one with wonderful staff, wonderful environment and great location (3 minutes from... More
