Overall a great value hotel for a ski trip. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Wifi is free everyday. Breakfast is very good with a hot or cold selection including fresh pastries, coffee and juices. Evening meal is okay with something for everyone. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the slopes and is near all the... More

Had a fantastic week at the Parma Hotel. Clean comfortable room, good shower and bath which is an asset on a skiing holiday. Great food and plenty of it. Guillermo (reception), Haizea (restaurant) and Diego (bar) made our stay even better by going the extra mile. One of our party was injured on the slopes and these staff could not... More

Recently I had stayed at the Parma hotel, and was utterly disgusted with my experience to say the least. Most of the students money was stolen and was not returned, the staff from the Hotel did nothing about it didn't even check CCTV available to then. The maids were the only people to have access to any of the students... More

I visited hotel Parma with my school for a ski trip, my expectations for the hotel was adequate as I think you get what you pay for e.g 3 star hotel. Not only did the hotel not meet my expectations but a total of 1500 euros went missing from students rooms and the hotel did not seemed to care In... More

You'll find the decour dated with facilities which are similar. But it is clean, the service is good. Its a family run hotel.. All the stuff are lovely though not corporate which I think is better. The food is excellent except on New Years Day when all the staff are badly hung over! I would recommend this if you're into... More

Nice little hotel in a convenient location, staff were lovely. We liked the food, it was fairly basic but always a few things we liked. Nice and warm, floor was so warm i thought it might be underfloor heated. Ski locker next to room for only €10 Hotel a little outdated, and yes walls quite thin, might be best to... More

I was a single male traveller and stayed here for 4 nights. I read mixed reviews but booked this because of its higher user rating compared to others. This is probably the nicest 3* hotel I've stayed in. Positives Just 1-2 minutes walk from the slopes 50 metres form where the bus from girona airport stops and next door is... More

I read mixed reviews of the hotel but found the hotel to be excellent value. The food was good , buffet style and there was always something that we liked. You could eat as much as you liked. Breakfast was typical Eurpoean but also had hot eggs , bacon each day. The hotel staff were very obliging and friendly and... More

The rooms in the hotel are good size, but the soundproofing is non existent so it doesn’t take much to be woken up from noises in the hallway or other rooms. The food is edible but under my expectations – minimal variation, overcooked vegetables, dry meat, fish with bones… The hotel is also full of smoke although our room was... More
