We travelled here from the UK via Toulouse airport and driving ourselves. This in itself is fine, just dont get a small engine car our Twingo struggled up the hills. The hotel was easy to find, and the last car space was right outside the front door so we were very lucky. The hotel staff are very friendly and always... More

I stayed here with my boyfriend over New Years, we both thought the hotel was great; in that there was plenty of hot water for showers after skiing, the rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily and although the decor was tired it certainly wasn't run down. The breakfast buffet was fine and they provided gluten free bread for me!!... More

Just stayed for the week with my youngest son and a group of six friends. A few problems with noise but the staff sorted this and could not have been more help full. the location is a short walk from the slopes. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and the evening meal was excellent which was different every night... More

Having read all the negative reviews for this hotel I wss getting a little worried. Well all i can say is that the people who put them on must have been after a 5 star+ as the rooms were warm and cleaned daily. The food in the restaurant was also excellent and the staff were really friendly throughout our stay.

We came here as a group of 4 with my girlfriend, her brother and cousin. The first night was extremely noisy with a lot of Spanish schools staying. The walls are paper thin and the food is served as a buffet everyday all preheated frozen food. Granted you pay for what you get but if you enjoy apre ski you... More

This was the first time me and my girlfriend have ever been skiing; for this admittedly we don't have anything to compare the hotel in terms of skiing hotels. However in terms of comparable factors the hotel was extremely impressive. First and foremost the staff were fantastic; reception, cleaners, bar and in particular the two guys in the restaurant (Luis... More

The staff were without exception all helpful and welcoming. It is excellent value for money. The food can be basic but generally perfectly acceptable and reflects the price. Rooms big enough, good wifi and lots of hot water. If you are coming here to ski it offers all you require with the added bonus of lovely staff at a very... More

We have spent 4 days after last Christmas at this hotel. I have to say that though the facilities are not impressive, the service provided by the team at the reception, bar and restaurant is really good. They have always been very effective, providing good advise and pragmatic solutions to our questions, making our live easier. It really makes the... More

Overall a great value hotel for a ski trip. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Wifi is free everyday. Breakfast is very good with a hot or cold selection including fresh pastries, coffee and juices. Evening meal is okay with something for everyone. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the slopes and is near all the... More

Had a fantastic week at the Parma Hotel. Clean comfortable room, good shower and bath which is an asset on a skiing holiday. Great food and plenty of it. Guillermo (reception), Haizea (restaurant) and Diego (bar) made our stay even better by going the extra mile. One of our party was injured on the slopes and these staff could not... More
