OMG I have just come back from the best holiday ever!!!!!!! Andorra is so wicked!! This was my first Skiing holiday and i will never look back. After reading all the reviews on trip advisor, I was extremely excited about my visit with 5 friends to the Llac Negre. Stories of amazing customer service and 'nothing too much trouble' attitude of the staff really appealed. In reality, I found this to be very different. Just got back from Llac Negre after a week in resort having stopped ( but not in pas) in Andorra on 4 previous times. we stayed here as a family of five with 2 under 16,s rooms basic but very clean and warm,hotel top of hill about 10 mins walk from slopes but manageable!!!recommend getting locker at slopes for 20 euros instead of hiking skis and boots back to hotel..because of economy status at mo your euro wont go far seems more expensve than... more

Booked our holiday with Thompson and it exceeded our expectations in every way. I visited Pas 2 years ago, but the snow was terrible and I stayed in the Sandi apartments which were very basic. Lllac Negre is a good hotel with excellent staff it's just hampered by things that are outside it's control. Food - Good choice on the HB basis with enough at breakfast to fill you up until lunch.
