I loved my month at Las Piramides! I learned so much about myself and feel amazingly light. It was awesome to stay in a pyramid, study in a pyramid, sauna in a pyramid! The main instructor Chatty has some amazing experiences to share. I also really enjoyed the breath course with Jenika.

I have just completed the 1 month long moon course, A true experience like no other, I am 56 years old and I now feel years younger. The cost of your accommodation and classes every day is so very reasonable, there are many therapies that the teachers offer that are also beneficial to you while doing the course, especially breath... So to start off, as it's been said in previous reviews it's not a hotel. Not sure why it's listed as one, but it's a spiritual center. I took the month long moon course, and it's been awesome. It was amazing to be able to take a month to dedicate to myself and my spiritual growth. If you are looking... More

Las Pyramides is a wonderful place to receive information on meditation and metaphysics. I did the month long moon course and I received a lot of tools to add to my 'spiritual tool belt' but I personally was slightly disappointed overall. There are quite a few extra costs that go along with this school that I had originally thought were... More

I wouldn't want to spoil the magic that awaits you by saying too much or setting up expectations. So all I'll say is if you're interested in yoga and meditation (even if you've never done them before) and are prepared to be open to seeing yourself and the world in a new light, then do the month long Moon Course.... I spent a month calling the pyramids my home while I did the moon course. I had been told on more than one occasion if I was anywhere near Guatemala in my travels, I MUST go to Las Piramides. I am so so so glad I did. The course covers so many aspects of metaphysics and combines it beautifully with... More

You only get to stay here if you are taking the classes and it is so worth it. The moon course is a month long but I would highly recommend looking more into it. If you are just visiting for a short time, sign up for a yoga in the temple, very cool. Also ask at reception and do a... More

My week-long stay at Las Piramides was the highlight of my five week trip in Central America. Although everyone else was there on a three month or one month retreat, there was no problem for me to stay just for one week. The pyramid hut I shared with one other woman was fairly rustic but perfectly adequate. There's no kitchen--you... More

I came here for a Tarot Card reading and an emotional release type therapy thing later on. Both sessions were really enjoyable; they were done by the same therapist, an English guy called Marcus. He was very fun and understanding. These were the only things I had done so I can't comment on the rest but it looked really interesting,... More

This place is something special. If you have a month to spare, definitely consider doing the moon retreat. This isn't really a hotel, you have to do the classes as well, but if you haven't looked into this place do it. If you are at all interested in meditation, yoga, or metaphysics, this is the joint.
