Not much choice in town. I was told this was the best. Pretty poor in my mind. Noisey, people setting around smoking taking and sounds like they are in the room instead of out side. Not at all impressed. Better to stay in Monticello and drive the 45 minutes.

I've tried and tried to come up with something to say that would up my score on this place but, it's not going to happen. When we got to the hotel the desk clerk couldn't find my reservation at first. I showed her the confirmation number I had and she said. "I don't even know why they give those out.... More

I recently had to travel to Crossett, AR to attend a funeral as a pallbearer. After a 6 hour drive, I was tired. When I got to the Ashley Inn, I was greeted by a very nice lady and was helpful on giving me directions to the funeral home and to the church where the services were held. Check-in was... More

Place left quite a bit to be desired, but in a town with no chain hotels/motels, it's probably the best you're going to find. Lobby staff was very kind and helpful, which kept this at a 2-star rating for me. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and you could tell the room overall had received zero updates in many, many years. The... More

Good value for the area, the rooms were nice and clean, as was the parking lot and grounds/pool area. The hotel is located very close to Walmart, huddle house, mc donalds and Chen Chen Chinese buffet. There is also a Zoo within a 5 Minute drive of the hotel. We are happy with our stay at the Ashley inn.

My room was clean, smelled good and comfortable, which is all I require when I'm on the road working. The train track is close and the engineer loves to blow the horn around ten-thirty p.m. All in all not bad.

Looks nice from the outside. Nice pool and lobby. The room was okay and can't complain about the $63 charge for a single after taxes. My main problem was with the lighting. No overhead light and the lamp by the desk didn't work. I had to unplug and replug several appliances into my power strip to get everything (except that... More

Crossett has limited resources. We had a recommendation from a local resident who probably had not stayed here. It looks nice enough. Right next door to Huddle House (which we loved). Had a nice pool area the kids really enjoyed. Our first night was in their delux room because it had new furniture. The AC didn't work. The wall lights... More

I read some of the reviews for this hotel, and wasn't too thrilled about it, but a resident in town recommended it, so we gave it a try. We asked to see the room before we booked, and they were more than happy to accommodate us. I rate a room on three things. First - and most important - Is... More
