We were in the area recently for the Enchanted Forest near Pitlochry and decided to have dinner first at the Loch Tummel Inn. It had been a wee while since we had eaten dinner at the Loch Tummel Inn and again we were not disappointed. The menu has changed and the food is still first class. The staff are always... More

Having driven up to this area from the south for several years we understand the need to book ahead in these very remote locations. It's rural, remote Perthshire, not Covent Garden. Needless to say I'm very glad we did. An excellent meal and charming service. The venison burger comes highly recommended.

Stopped by this inn about 7.45pm on a Saturday night when it did not appear that busy and with one waitress doing the food, and one person behind the bar. Had just driven 600 miles and asked at the bar whether there was a chance of any food. Was abruptly told that if we had not booked we could not... More

We drove from St Andrews just to have lunch. It was a long drive but well worth it. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The food took a little time but was amazing and very fresh. They even had a kids menu. The location is also superb.

With views over the loch, this pub is located in a remote part of Scotland. From the outside it looks tatty with upstairs windows needing replacement. Inside, it's a pleasant if not trendy pub. The welcome that you receive is very friendly and the food good.

It helped that we were enjoying absolutely fantastic weather. On a less lovely day the experience may not have made such a positive impression, but it did! We only entered the inn to place our order and use the facilities. We then sat on the picnic benches on the grass verge across the road and absorbed the view of loch... More

Great service great position amazing views... Loved it. We didn't have any food but just took advantage of the sun and say outside and enjoyed the fresh air. Staff were very polite and they had some local beer on tap.. The place was dog friendly and lots of different nationality kicking about

We had read the reviews on TA and as we were camping at Ardgualich, we thought we would treat ourselves to a nice meal out. Both Husband and I had the cajun sea bass fillets - absolutely delicious and the fish was cooked to perfection. The fish came with salad and potatoes but the way it was presented was a... More
