It is a little run down........old beds..........crappy looking bathrooms filthy tub. It's okay for hunters but somewhat of an eye-sore for others. If you are traveling down I-40 go stay in Little Rock!

I took over this motel in February 2008. I am renovating the motel to its standards. I promise you it will not be Dumpy this summer.
