This is more like a motel than a hotel. The rooms are outdoor-accessible, and the 1st floor rooms have poorly insulated doors with a large window view of the parking lot (and the parking lot has a wide open view of the 1st floor rooms). We visited this Ramada, with a large group (booked in advance at a conference rate). Day of arrival, they were totally unprepared for a large group (and we had about 65 people arrive at the same time). There was one poor girl at the Registration desk. We arrived here late (around 11ish) we were tired and just wanted to crash, however we soon found out that this ramada was cheap for a reason. They had a person training that night and the check-in line alone took a half hour! When we finally approached the desk, they looked over one of the maintenance sheets and it appeared... more

the ramada had the best hospitality. their restaurant food was excellent. room was clean and cozy. customer service was excellent. cant say enough. it was my first time visiting yuma and the ramada staff provided plenty of information for me upon arrival on what to see and do. it was a great experience thanks to them. they were very friendly.... more
