The owners/employees are very congenial and helpful. The breakfast is one of the very best I have had during a stay, Would recommend this to all looking for a place in Yuma Arizona. Just a hope skit and jump to Algadonas Mex. for shopping and visit

It was a bargain. Clean. A/C was nice in the 80 degree weather. Cleaning lady was helpful in getting my amenities. One thing that freaked me out! I stayed in room 258. At 2:45 am I had the TV automatically turn on by itself. I turned it off w/ the remote. Once again I passed out. About 10 mins later... More

We were staying in yuma while my husband and I were having dental work done in Mexico. We had to stay for a few nights - the price was great. The room - ok. Ours had new carpet and newer paint. It's an oldder motel - but it looked ok. The lamp shades were in BAD shape. The shower curtain... More

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very good. Would definitely stay again. Our room faced was on the far west section and did not notice road noise too much. And the price was certainly right!

We arrived here after 9 PM on the recommendation of our taxi driver. IN the past year we have stayed at two other lower cost Yuma motels and were not excited about either of those. This one was a pleasant surprise. Clean, attractive and comfortable. Staff was helpful and courteous and the breakfast was among the best free breakfasts we... More

Price was cheap...and as we were staying in Yuma for a week, that was important. However, the cleanliness of this place is way below standards. The bathtub in the tiny bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks .. maybe the tub just needs refinishing...but it looked disgusting. Carpet is worn and grungie and i found a huge... Spent 4 nites here visiting relatives. The place is a little run down, room had a musty smell, they seem to be working on upgrading bit by bit. Beds were clean and comfortable, fridge and microwave were good, AC worked well, bathroom clean and supplied, could stand new carpet and such but served our needs well and was very affordable.... I had high hopes for this motel when I booked it. The photos make it look like a palace. But this is an old Best Western I think, and must be a lot older than the photos make it look. The price is cheap, less than $50, but it can be noisy with rooms next door. It does have a... More

Rooms were quite clean, linens were fresh and in good shape. Room smelled adequately fresh and the bed was in good shape and comfortable. Staff were pleasant. Check inn process was painless. All in all, the most important things in a stay away from home were adequately met. The furniture and fixtures though are overall getting long in the tooth... More

This is a budget motel. I paid 44$ a night. The waived the 25$ hold they were going to put on my credit card when i asked them to. The desk clerk called his manager to get the ok. The room was clean and comfortable, though basic. The bed was comfortable enough. My only complaint about the room was the... More
