We stayed five nights and our room was clean and very comfortable. They must have excellent insulation because, although the weather was in the low 90's, our room was comfortable without using the air conditioner. We used the computer and printer in the lobby to check flights and print our boarding passes. The staff was very helpful and let us... more

Stopped in Yuma on the way home from vacation. Got a good deal on Priceline. When I got to the the hotel, they upgraded the room that I reserved on Priceline for no extra price. Very cool. The hotel was very clean. The pool was HUGE! I have a 5-year-old and a 3-year-old, so a pool is important. Better yet,... more

I got a great price on priceline.com, but if I had to pay the regular rates I would be very disappointed. The room is nice but not worth $150+. I think Yuma must be like Elk City, OK in that you are trapped and there's nothing close by for competition. I would stay here again but only if I was... more

Clean, comfy bed and great ammenities. Wonderful helpful staff that recommended great activities and restaurants. You won't be sorry selecting this hotel. The usually boring breakfast bar even had breakfast sandwiches and burritos. more

I've stay at the Shilo Inn every time I pass through Yuma and perhaps this tradition is becoming outdated. The facilities are old, the rooms need a fresher feel and the landscape was lacking. Granted, the staff was wonderful. I believe it was Shelly who checked me in, she actually made the trip worthwile and was very helpful. The maid... more

The Hotel is pet friendly and took great care to make sure that everything went well for us. The staff was very attentive. We would... more

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and clean. Pool area was beautiful. All this combined for a very relaxing stay. Only issue was the free happy hour daily. I don't use alcohol and they wouldn't give me an O'Doul's (non-alcohol brew). Breakfast was good and popcorn in the lobby was a nice touch. more

Staying at the Shilo in Yuma was a great experience. i stayed there for almost 30 days and had no problems. The staff was very helpfull with any special needs we had, ie stamps, mail, quarters for laundry, directions, etc. We started work before the free breakfast at 6am, so they would pack us a breakfast burrito and have it... more
