The brochure says it all! Everything in there is just as they say or even better. All the rooms are clean, roomy and have a special Western The home made family style meals are really delicious but better take a walk afterwards or you will need to really hit the gym when your get home! The ranglers are friendly, knowledgeable... More

Craig was our wrangler, he was awesome....Bob the new cook made these amazing cinnamon croissants...yum. The scenery was gorgeous. Our favorite was just after dinner sitting in the courtyard. Ed would light the lanterns and the calm peaceful conversation was so nice. We'd watch the stars come out and the sky is just amazing. We had a fire the last... More

We arrived having spent 3 nights in Las Vegas (which we loved). Talk about one extreme to the other! We had 4 nights at the ranch and could have stayed another 4 - 2 adults and a 14 year old girl. We do ride a little but had never ridden western style and we all loved it. My daughter was... More

going onto a ranch was always something we wanted to do - so the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids aged 11 and 9) took the plunge in late March 2013 - we were not to be disappointed - the ranch is located in the middle of nowhere with little if any access to phones or internet so... More

What a TREAT. Prepare yourself, because it doesn't get any better than this! If you're looking for a nice, low-key, authentic riding vacation, you've come to the right place. It was even fun GETTING there: the last half hour is a series of turns along a dirt road into the desert, with street names like "Lone Ranger Rd."...can't beat that!... More

We just came back from our second visit to STGR. The first time we visited the ranch was 4 years ago. I had always wanted to go to a dude ranch - and our choices were limited during spring break due to weather. We combined the trip with visits to Sedona and Phoenix. We loved the ranch so much, that... More

Visiting a guest ranch has been on my "bucket list" for years so when I found a groupon for Stagecoach Trails, I wrangled up some friends and booked 4 days at this wonderful ranch. We loved it! Was a very low-key vacation with great riding, great food, great hosts and time to kick back and relax. A couple of my... More

This was our 3rd trip to our favorite Arizona guest ranch. As always, we were greeted at the front entrance by the ranches' official greeters, Charlie and Opie! 2 VERY welcoming four legged, furry friends...Check in was quick and easy and our room was very clean and VERY Cowboy! There's always things to do before heading out on the day's... More

I've wanted to spend a week riding horses ever since I can remember. Finally, at age 68, I was able to realize my dream with five wonderful days spent at STGR. "My" horse, Brim, was perfect for me and even let me brush him when, I'm sure, he would rather have been back in the corral with the other horses.... More

Spent two days and two nights here. It was nice having a chance to get away from city life and enjoy something a little simpler. No TV in the room, no internet, no cell service, just peace and quiet with beautiful mountain views. Had several rides through the desert and unlike many places with too many attorneys (do you hear... More
