These reviews made me more than a little apprehensive, to be sure, but I found this property and its rooms to be well on par with other Fairfield Inns. No, there are no elevators, but half the rooms are first-floor, and I'm sure the front desk will oblige if physical limitations require such. And, yes, you have to go "outside"... more

We were visiting the Grand Canyon and surrounding areas for a few days and found this very convenient. It was on the other side of the town - away from the hustle and bustle of Williams. The town had some cheesy outlets which we did not want to be around. This hotel being on the other side of the high... more

This is a very nice hotel to stay at. After reading some of the previous reviews I was skeptical on staying here but I went with it anyway. Our room was very nice and very clean. Ya the bathroom looked like they didn't set the grouting right but it was all very clean. Our bed was just fine and we... more

We thought being close to the Grand Canyon park was important. Waking up with a sore back was more important and something had to be done. Knowing most hotels would be booked in the area, we called a hotel in Flaggstaff. For $10.00 a night more and with the upgrades such as a bigger, cleaner room, and made to order... more

Of all the hotels we stayed at on our two week trip to the southwest, this was far and away the biggest disappointment. We made a quick change to our travel plans and decided to stay at this Fairfield Inn. We’ve stayed at several Fairfield Inn’s in the Midwest and, for the most part, enjoyed them. I had expected Fairfield... more

Williams Az is an amazing place. We try to find a Marriott when we travel. I know this is their lower end motel and I didn't expect a Marriott Resort experence. This place amounts to a Motel 6 with a Marriott price tag. We paid $120 a night and were very much let down. They need to close this place... more

My guest and I decided to take a spur of the moment retreat from our vacation in Las Vegas to visit the Grand Canyon. At 60 miles away, this hotel was the closest Marriott to our attraction. We incurred several issues during our stay in Room 1103: (1). The telephone keypad in our room did not function properly (specifically the... more

About an hour's drive from the Canyon, Williams is a lively little town. Great restaurants and bars. The Hotel was adequate for our needs but wasn't brilliant. But it was one of the cheaper hotels we used during our trip so "you get what you pay for." Staff were helpful. It was clean and comfortable. Worst part was the arrangements... more
