After reading some rather not so flattering reviews, I was skeptical. I had read things like 'dated', 'paper thin walls', 'worn', etc. I found none of these things at all to be true on our stay. This hotel was fresh, clean and not a sound was heard in our room. There were several tour buses full of tourists who stayed... more

Wonderfully close to great restaurants and shopping. Close enough to Grand Canyon without all the crowds. Very helpful staff with the usual breakfast. Don't leave without having a piece of pie at the Pine Restaurant, you;ll never foroget it. more

This is a very dated Marriott Property. Probably one of the worst ones that I have stayed out. The place was perfectly located just steps from the highway 40 that leads to the Grand Canyon. We were not able to check in until after 1:30 which the rules clearly state after 3. Really dated place with a bizarre tub that... more

I always prefer to stay at Marriott chain hotels because of their cleanliness and great service. This hotel did not make an exception in my experience. I had made a mistake when I reserved my room. On arrival, my mistake was noticed and the manager upgraded my room reservation without an extra charge. The hotel and the room were very... more

My daughter and I stayed one night at this hotel. I figured since it was a Marriott I wouldn't have any problems. Unfortunately, the walls at this place are paper thin. The family in the room next to us were extremely loud with their kids yelling and screeming. I could hear people walking back and forth on the top floor.... more

I am a Marriott Rewards Platinum member and I have stayed several nights at Fairfield Inns throughout the US and Canada. I will give a grade of 'C' to 'C-' to this hotel in comparison of the other Fairfield Inns that I have stayed at. In regards to other hotels in Williams, this hotel is either # 1 or #... more

We stayed at this hotel to be close for our early morning departure for the Grand Canyon. The hotel is easy to find (right off the highway), and is located in the town of Williams (on rte 66 and worth a mile drive to see the downtown and get groceries for the Grand Canyon). We arrived and somehow our reservations... more

Quite impressed with the town of Williams. Hotel was quite basic. Breakfast area too small. No laundry facilities. Great location for visiting the Grand Canyon. more

Stayed here on route from the Grand Canyon to Las Vegas. It was a comfortable stopover hotel. Very basic but it had a small pool for the summer months. I thought Williams looked like a charming old American cowboy town and would love to return but would stay in a hotel more central. Breakfast was a nightmare - too many... more
