Service at this hotel explains the demise of the Holiday Inn of my youth. Severe picture quality issues with all but a couple of television channels, their on demand movie service had discontinued service to the hotel and I was unable to access the wireless internet service in my room. Hot water that had been scalding the night before was... more

Stayed one night while visiting Grand Canyon. This isn't the newest hotel and there was wear and tear evident on the exterior. Our room, however, had been recently repainted/remodeled and was just fine. It included a flat screen and was quiet and comfortable. more

I stayed at the Inn for a weekend in June of last year while attending the annual membership meeting of the P38 Association during the Planes of Fame Fly-in at the Valle, AZ airport. The facility was more than adequate for our purposes. The location, just off the Interstate was perfect. Service was fine. The on-site restaurant was fine. The... more

My husband, kids and I stayed here for one night during our road trip. I wish I would have read the warning signs on here before staying. I have never encountered such rude service from the front desk, the restaurant staff and to top it off the General Manager was the worst. They seem to have the attitude that it's... more

Dated hotel but captures the essence of this Old Route 66 town. Nice pool but hot tub jets still were not working. Very friendly staff gave us tips about the Grand Canyon. The restaurant attached had good prime rib. more

This location appealed to my family and I as an ideal location for our Grand Canyon visit. On paper, It had the quality/amenities we look for: good price, wireless, pool, and spa. When we get into our room, we first noticed the room was clean, but the decor was dated. Next, after a 10hr long day of driving, I went... more

My son and I stayed here while visiting the Grand Canyon. The price was average (no great bargain) but the hotel itself was just fine for a short stay. The front desk staff was helpful and the room was clean and ample. The indoor pool helped as far as my son went. All in all, a very nice hotel for... more

I had some Holiday Inn points I was using and this hotel was pretty attractive since it was not that many points to stay here and it was a small fraction of what the Holiday Inn Express in Flagstaff was asking. Note that Holiday Inn point redemption seems to have no correlation to the room rate in dollars between locations.... more

Was looking forward to spending time with family members in Williams and enjoying the snow. Booked a room on line a week in advance with Holiday Inn. My mistake was that I thought that the name Holiday Inn meant quality. Boy was I wrong!! Check in was the most unfreindly experience I have EVER had while traveling. There was ABSOLUTELY... more

We checked in along with my mom, sister and their families. Check in was a nightmare. My mom had booked all the rooms on the first floor together. They had us on the second floor seperated. When I asked about an elevator, they didnt have one and we have a baby, stroller, etc. They teenager working the counter gave my... more
