Front desk staff were not very welcoming. Rooms were clean and the beds/pillows comfortable. The restaurant was large and empty, not very appealing at all. Breakfast is not included and consists of an all you can eat buffet for $9.99, expensive if you only want a light breakfast. I would not stay there again.

Hotel and room was clean and comfortable. The bar / lounge had a fantastic waitress. I absolutely loved the jewlery shop they had in there. Well worth the money compared to the Grand Canyon. Would Definitely stay there again.

Stayed one night as part of Route 66 road trip. Really friendly and efficient check-in staff upon arrival, got quick introduction to the hotel and facilities. Unsure why but it was clearly stated breakfast wasn’t included - we weren’t expecting it to be! Ample self parking and free in-room wifi. Room was spacious, showing a bit tear and wear but... More

We stayed because it was the only dog friendly hotel we could find in Williams. Friendly staff, clean considering the traffic it gets. Would stay closer to downtown if we didn't have the dogs noisy in the morning due to proximity to highway

The hotel is close (1 h ride) to the Grand Canyon National park and close to the interesting part of the route 66. Professional reception desk, do not forget to try the restaurant at the ground floor. Room was spacious and clean, fairly priced. Although the proximity to the interstate it was quiet. Fast wifi. Facilities could use renovation

It is about an hour, hour and a half from Grand Canyon, right by the highway and surrounded with the fast food industry so you cannot go hungry. The hotel has a nice restaurant on grand floor as well. It has a swimming pool and jacuzzi, the pool is not deep and not big either, it is good for fun... More

Outside of hotel had garbage everywhere, even at entrance. Pool & hot tub were disgusting...needed a desperate cleaning, including the whole pool area. Room seemed pretty clean, though the bath towels were pretty ratty. Coffee in the morning, but only powdered creamer, even though they have a restaurant on site,no creamer. For $125/night, I was expecting more?

Spacious room with good facilities including pool, laundry room and shop. It really needs an elevator as we had to carry 4 suitcases upstairs. Like the separate basin from bathroom. Lots of places nearby for breakfast. The town of williams is charming.

I am glad you got great service at Doc Holidays. I have also spoken to my maintenance about the pool, and this problem is currently being resolved. I do apologize for the miscommunication about the kitchenette, I will communicate this to my front desk staff to avoid future incidents. Thank you very much for your review. More
