Hotel seems old and they haven't even considered updating some stuff. Hallways are ancient and still have the same wallpaper that was installed when the hotel was built. Also the hallways were about 90 degrees and smelled bad. Pool was poor as well. Water was warm--hot--almost too hot. Maybe that was on purpose to make up for the hot tub... More

Spacious room and bathroom. Everything worked. Bed is comfortable. Very attractive room rate. Fast and free wifi. You hear sounds from your neighbours, and in our case (room 140) also smells from the popcorn machine around the corner. Our neighbours above us at the second night enjoyed dumping their suitcaes on their floor several times in the middle of the... More

We stayed here for a week of Grand Canyon. Rooms are clean and semi-comfortable for the price. Front desk staff not really helpful at all. Tried to check in 30 minutes early and was told no after driving 2.5 hours...thankfully there is a nice area in Williams to tour. We had 4 people(family) and had 4 bath towels, 4 hand... More

Hotel clean enough - with good facilities in the rooms. Booked a room for 5 people and was given a room with 2 queen beds and no room for another bed. Was quickly changed to a suite at no cost - well done to the staff on duty. Pool good but as previous reviews have highlighted still no jacuzzi!. Ideally... More

We stayed here when it was still a Holiday Inn. We loved this hotel, and we loved Williams! The room was clean and my kids were very happy to be close to the pool AND snacks! =) The staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. We would love to go back!

I've read a lot of poor reviews here on this hotel but we didn't have any problems. The front desk was adequately friendly. We had reserved a room with 2 queen beds and they initially gave us a room with one king bed. But they corrected the error without any hassles. Room and bathroom was clean...much cleaner than the Vegas... More

Just stayed there and this is a good hotel for Williams. Staff is very nice, they have a great restaurant for a buffet breakfast. Rooms are ok and clean. Good water pressure compared to other hotels in Williams. It is right off the freeway so it is a 3 min drive to town or a long walk. There is a... More

For the time of year and this area the price was good. My room was very dirty. The carpets and furniture need a good cleaning. Bathroom and bed were very clean. I think this use to be a Holiday Inn, and now it is a Ramada. All the trim is painted green in my room and the guest services book... More
